【摘要】:大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育是一個(gè)較為熱門的話題,伴隨著2008年新一屆大學(xué)生的入學(xué),一大批出生于1990年以后的大學(xué)生邁入了大學(xué)校園,正如當(dāng)年“80后”一代引起社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注一樣,“90后”大學(xué)生也成為一個(gè)熱詞闖入人們的視野!90后”大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)在一個(gè)比前幾代人有著絕對(duì)優(yōu)越性的社會(huì)環(huán)境中,眾多的寵愛、良好的物質(zhì)條件、豐富多彩的生活方式令他們的價(jià)值觀有著顯著的時(shí)代特征,如何對(duì)個(gè)性十足的他們實(shí)施有效的價(jià)值觀教育,成為全社會(huì)關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。面對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的價(jià)值觀的新特征和新問(wèn)題,發(fā)揮教育手段,是保障他們健康成長(zhǎng)的唯一手段,價(jià)值觀教育是德育的靈魂,“90后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要內(nèi)容,對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生實(shí)施具有針對(duì)性的價(jià)值觀教育是引領(lǐng)他們完善自我、擔(dān)當(dāng)重任的保障。然而,目前我國(guó)的價(jià)值觀教育存在諸如教育目標(biāo)虛無(wú)、教育內(nèi)容空洞等一系列的問(wèn)題,這與當(dāng)前社會(huì)的發(fā)展以及我國(guó)的教育戰(zhàn)略方針極其不符合,研究適應(yīng)新時(shí)期下的“90后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育對(duì)策刻不容緩。 本文在認(rèn)真研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出我國(guó)“90后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀具有價(jià)值主體自我化、價(jià)值取向功利化、價(jià)值觀念現(xiàn)代化、多樣化、復(fù)雜化等基本特征,從理論價(jià)值和實(shí)際價(jià)值兩個(gè)層面闡述了“90后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀的研究?jī)r(jià)值。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷實(shí)施調(diào)查,揭示了當(dāng)前我國(guó)“90后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀,分析了當(dāng)前高校“90后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育存在教育目標(biāo)虛無(wú)、教育內(nèi)容空洞、教育方法單一、教育評(píng)估體系缺失等問(wèn)題,提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)“90后”大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)需“加強(qiáng)正面引導(dǎo),樹立正確的主導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀”、“以校園文化建設(shè)為著力點(diǎn),優(yōu)化價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)渠道”、“創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育的模式,增強(qiáng)教育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性”和“構(gòu)建‘90后’大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育評(píng)估體系,加強(qiáng)教育監(jiān)督”等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The education of college students' values is a hot topic. With the entrance of a new class of college students in 2008, a large number of college students who were born after 1990 have entered the university campus, just as the generation of "post-80s" has aroused widespread concern in the society. The "post-90s" college students have also become a hot word to break into people's vision. The "post-90s" college students have grown up in a social environment that has absolute superiority over previous generations, with a lot of pet and good material conditions. The rich and colorful way of life makes their values have remarkable characteristics of the times. How to carry out effective value education to them with full personality has become a focus of attention of the whole society. In the face of the new characteristics and problems of the values displayed by the post-90s college students, it is the only means to ensure their healthy growth that the education means is the soul of moral education. The value education of post-90s college students is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The implementation of targeted value education for post-90s college students is the guarantee to lead them to perfect themselves and take on important responsibilities. However, at present, there are a series of problems in the education of values in our country, such as the nihility of educational objectives and the empty contents of education, which are very inconsistent with the development of the current society and the educational strategic policy of our country. It is urgent to study the countermeasures of value education for the post-90s college students in the new period. Based on the study of relevant literature, this paper concludes that the values of the "post-90s" college students in our country have the basic characteristics of value subject, utilitarianism, modernization, diversification, complexity, etc. This paper expounds the research value of the post-90s college students' values from the two aspects of theoretical value and practical value. Through the investigation of designing questionnaire, this paper reveals the present situation of the values of the post-90s college students in our country, and analyzes that there are no educational objectives, empty educational contents and single educational methods in the value education of the post-90s college students in colleges and universities at present. This paper puts forward that strengthening and improving the cultivation of the correct values of the post-90s college students needs "strengthening the positive guidance, establishing the correct leading values" and "focusing on the construction of campus culture". Such countermeasures as "innovating the mode of value education for college students, enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of education" and "constructing the evaluation system of value education for post-90s college students and strengthening the supervision of education".
