我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展動力及其引導(dǎo)策略研究

【摘要】:在我國高等教育發(fā)展初期,與大學(xué)生的從屬地位一樣,我國高校學(xué)生社團及其相關(guān)研究都沒有受到太多的重視,在專門的中國高等教育研究領(lǐng)域,除了對舊中國時期的學(xué)生運動有較多的關(guān)注外,也很少涉及到我國高校學(xué)生社團方面。然而,伴隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的深入發(fā)展和高等教育的逐漸大眾化,特別是素質(zhì)教育已經(jīng)被提升為我國高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的重要目標(biāo)后,我國高校學(xué)生社團的地位和作用日益凸顯,高校學(xué)生社團的相關(guān)問題也逐漸成為人們所關(guān)注和研究的重要對象。 目前,國外的高校學(xué)生社團活動十分活躍,對于高校學(xué)生社團的研究成果也比較豐富。我國高校學(xué)生社團的相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)積累了不少理論成果,實現(xiàn)了一些有價值的探索。但是,相對于國外來說,我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展的歷史不長,經(jīng)驗不足,對我國高校學(xué)生社團的系統(tǒng)屬性認(rèn)識還不夠深刻,對高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展的動力規(guī)律的總結(jié)還不夠全面,對我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展動力引導(dǎo)策略的掌握還不夠系統(tǒng),這也極大地影響著我國高校學(xué)生社團的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和育人功能的正常發(fā)揮,亟需推進(jìn)對我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展問題的深入研究。為此,本文探索性地結(jié)合自組織理論,認(rèn)為高校學(xué)生社團本質(zhì)上屬于自組織系統(tǒng),其發(fā)展運行應(yīng)該依靠系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的動力機制去適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境變化以增加自身的有序性。而在實際發(fā)展中,我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展出現(xiàn)諸多問題,尤其是在當(dāng)代,我國高校學(xué)生社團面臨著困境:體制化生存,其實質(zhì)是我國高校學(xué)生社團不是在自組織動力機制下運行,而是在他組織動力機制約束下的制度安排。 本文以我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展動力為主線,,把自組織理論分析與高校學(xué)生社團實踐相融合,提出我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展動力引導(dǎo)的有效策略。在本文具體的寫作中,首先論述了研究的背景和意義、研究的現(xiàn)狀、研究的主要內(nèi)容、研究思路與方法以及研究的創(chuàng)新點等,并對我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展動力及其引導(dǎo)策略研究的基本概念和理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行總體說明與概括;接著運用自組織理論對我國高校學(xué)生社團的系統(tǒng)演化進(jìn)行理論分析,揭示我國高校學(xué)生社團自組織演化的動力機理:然后從歷史的角度闡述我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展歷程及其動力特征,同時指出我國當(dāng)代高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展所面臨的困境;再后通過同質(zhì)物相參照,總結(jié)歸納出美國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展及其對我國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展動力引導(dǎo)的重要啟示。最后在以上理論分析、現(xiàn)實困境以及同質(zhì)物參照的基礎(chǔ)上提出我國高校學(xué)學(xué)社團發(fā)展動力引導(dǎo)的有效策略,文末總結(jié)出本項研究的主要結(jié)論、不足之處以及下一步研究的展望。
[Abstract]:In the early stage of the development of higher education in our country, like the subordinate status of college students, the student associations and their related researches in our country have not been paid much attention to, and they are in the special research field of higher education in China. Apart from paying more attention to the student movement in the period of old China, there is little concern about the student associations in colleges and universities in China. However, with the further development of socialist market economy and the gradual popularization of higher education, especially after quality education has been promoted to the important goal of talent training in higher education in China, The status and role of college student associations in China are increasingly prominent, and the related problems of university student associations have gradually become an important object of attention and research. At present, the activities of college student associations abroad are very active, and the research results of university student associations are also relatively rich. The research of college student associations in China has accumulated a lot of theoretical achievements and realized some valuable explorations. However, compared with foreign countries, the history of the development of college student associations in China is not long, the experience is not enough, the understanding of the systematic attributes of the university student associations is not deep enough, and the summary of the dynamic law of the development of college student associations is not comprehensive enough. It is not systematic enough to master the strategy of driving force guidance for the development of college student associations in our country, which greatly affects the sustainable development of college student associations and the normal exertion of their educational functions. It is urgent to further study the development of college student associations in China. Therefore, combining the theory of self-organization, this paper holds that college student associations are essentially self-organizing systems, and their development and operation should depend on the internal dynamic mechanism of the system to adapt to the changes of external environment in order to increase the order of their own. In the actual development, there are many problems in the development of college student associations in our country, especially in the contemporary times, the university student associations in our country are faced with the dilemma: institutional survival, The essence of it is that the university student associations in our country are not run under the dynamic mechanism of self-organization, but the institutional arrangement under the constraint of the dynamic mechanism of the other organization. Based on the main line of the development power of college student associations in China, this paper combines the theory analysis of self-organization with the practice of college student associations, and puts forward effective strategies to guide the development of college student associations in China. In the specific writing of this paper, the background and significance of the research, the status quo of the research, the main contents of the research, the ideas and methods of the research and the innovative points of the research are first discussed. The basic concepts and theoretical basis of the research on the development power and guiding strategy of college student associations in China are explained and summarized, and then the systematic evolution of college student associations in our country is analyzed theoretically by using the self-organization theory. This paper reveals the dynamic mechanism of the self-organization and evolution of college student associations in China: then from the historical point of view expounds the development process and dynamic characteristics of college student associations in our country, and points out the difficulties faced by the development of contemporary college student associations in China; Then, by referring to the homogeneity, the author sums up the important enlightenment of the development of college student associations in the United States and their guidance to the motive force of the development of college student associations in our country. Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical analysis, practical dilemma and homogeneity reference, this paper puts forward the effective strategy of driving force guidance for the development of academic societies in colleges and universities in China. At the end of this paper, the main conclusions of this study, the shortcomings and the prospects for the next research are summarized.
