【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題關(guān)系著學(xué)生、家庭，乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)。它是時(shí)下最大的民生問題，備受黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的高度重視。2011年黨的十七屆五中全會(huì)明確提出，以科學(xué)發(fā)展為主題，把促進(jìn)就業(yè)放在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展優(yōu)先位置，把解決高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題作為工作重點(diǎn)。在國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型和國外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢不容樂觀的特殊時(shí)期，政府、社會(huì)、高等院校都在通過多種就業(yè)手段來幫助大學(xué)生成功就業(yè)。 本文從微觀角度進(jìn)行研究，對大學(xué)生的人力資本因素與社會(huì)資本因素詳細(xì)分析，定性說明人力資本因素與社會(huì)資本因素對就業(yè)的作用。在人力資本因素對畢業(yè)生就業(yè)影響當(dāng)中，分用人單位、高等院校兩個(gè)層次說明這些因素如何產(chǎn)生作用；在社會(huì)資本因素對畢業(yè)生就業(yè)影響當(dāng)中，詳細(xì)闡述在“正式制度”缺位時(shí)，社會(huì)資本因素所帶來的積極作用與消極影響。學(xué)術(shù)界研究人力資本、社會(huì)資本與就業(yè)關(guān)系時(shí)，往往很少關(guān)注這兩大資本對就業(yè)的耦合作用以及兩者之間的關(guān)系，在本研究中對此做出詳細(xì)闡述。 本文借鑒人力資本、社會(huì)資本等相關(guān)理論后，結(jié)合自己研究的實(shí)際情況，提煉出表示人力資本、社會(huì)資本的一系列研究指標(biāo)，在實(shí)證部分定量分析這些指標(biāo)對畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：個(gè)體綜合素質(zhì)越高，越容易初次就業(yè)，就業(yè)起薪越高，其中不同指標(biāo)對于就業(yè)情況的影響程度不盡相同；弱關(guān)系在普通高校畢業(yè)生獲得就業(yè)信息方面起重要作用，同時(shí)也看到，往往求職者獲取就業(yè)信息后，再通過自身周邊的強(qiáng)關(guān)系以及間接的關(guān)系來找到合適的工作。 在本文研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，提出針對高校大學(xué)生、高等院校以及政府的建議。首先，，作為就業(yè)主體的高校大學(xué)生，應(yīng)該利用大學(xué)四年光陰努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)精神，積累人力資本，積極拓展社會(huì)資本。其次，作為教育服務(wù)提供者的高校應(yīng)該創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式；完善就業(yè)指導(dǎo)機(jī)制；培養(yǎng)畢業(yè)生正確的擇業(yè)求職觀。最后，政府應(yīng)該營造公平競爭的就業(yè)環(huán)境，改革戶籍制度；優(yōu)化特定就業(yè)崗位政策；加大和引導(dǎo)人力資本投資；建立畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息交流網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:The employment problem of college students is related to students, families and even the whole society.It is the biggest issue of people's livelihood nowadays and is highly valued by party and state leaders. In 2011, the Fifth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee explicitly proposed that the promotion of employment should be given priority to economic and social development with the theme of scientific development.To solve the employment problem of college graduates as the focus of work.In the special period of the transformation of domestic industrial structure and the economic situation of foreign countries, the government, society and institutions of higher learning are helping college students to obtain employment successfully through a variety of employment methods.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the factors of human capital and social capital of college students from the microcosmic point of view, and explains qualitatively the effect of human capital factors and social capital factors on employment.Among the effects of human capital factors on graduates' employment, there are two levels of employers and institutions of higher learning to explain how these factors work; in the social capital factors, the effects of social capital factors on graduates' employment are discussed.This paper expounds the positive and negative effects of social capital factors in the absence of formal system.When the academic circles study the relationship between human capital, social capital and employment, little attention is paid to the coupling effect of these two capital to employment and the relationship between them.This paper draws lessons from human capital, social capital and other relevant theories, combines with the actual situation of my own research, and extracts a series of research indicators representing human capital and social capital.In the empirical part of quantitative analysis of the impact of these indicators on graduate employment.It is found that the higher the comprehensive quality of individuals, the easier it is to obtain employment for the first time, and the higher the starting salary is, the different indicators have different influence on the employment situation, and the weak relationship plays an important role in obtaining employment information for college graduates.At the same time, often job seekers obtain employment information, and then through their peripheral strong relationship and indirect relationship to find a suitable job.On the basis of the research results, the paper puts forward some suggestions for college students, colleges and universities and the government.First of all, as the main body of employment, college students should make use of four years of university time to cultivate the spirit of study, accumulate human capital and actively expand social capital.Secondly, as an educational service provider, colleges and universities should innovate the mode of talent training, perfect the employment guidance mechanism, and cultivate the graduates' correct outlook on job hunting.Finally, the government should create a fair and competitive employment environment, reform the household registration system, optimize specific employment policies, increase and guide human capital investment, and establish a network of employment information exchange for graduates.
