【摘要】：正目前,我國經(jīng)濟、社會已經(jīng)進入以轉型促發(fā)展的時期。這在客觀上要求民辦高校要跟上經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、企業(yè)轉型升級的步伐,對學科建設、專業(yè)設置、教學內容、育人模式等進行創(chuàng)新,轉型發(fā)展步伐自覺加快。時下,民辦高校迫切需要抓好三個方面轉型,以進一步提升辦學水平和質量。一、由外延式發(fā)展向內涵式建設轉型外延式發(fā)展是以事物的外部因素作為動力和資源的發(fā)展模式。它強調的是數(shù)量增長、規(guī)模擴大、空間拓展,主要是適應外部的需求表現(xiàn)出的外形擴張。高等教育的外延式發(fā)展主要表現(xiàn)在:學
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy, society has entered to promote the development of the transformation period. It is necessary for private universities to keep pace with the economic development, the pace of transformation and upgrading of enterprises, discipline construction, professional settings, teaching contents and educational mode of innovation, transformation and development step is consciously accelerated. Nowadays, private colleges urgently need the following three aspects of transformation, to further enhance the educational level and quality. First, from extensive development to connotative development in transformation extension development is based on the external factors of things as the development mode of power and resources.
