大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)是指某個(gè)人發(fā)現(xiàn)某種信息、資源、機(jī)會(huì)或掌握某種技術(shù),利用或借用相應(yīng)的平臺(tái)或載體,將其發(fā)現(xiàn)的信息、資源、機(jī)會(huì)或掌握的技術(shù),以一定的方式,轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)造成更多的財(cái)富、價(jià)值,并實(shí)現(xiàn)某種追求或目標(biāo)的過(guò)程。因?yàn)閯?chuàng)業(yè)具有創(chuàng)新性、財(cái)富的有效遞加功能和對(duì)所從事者能力素質(zhì)的高要求,在我國(guó)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)中越來(lái)越受到重視,對(duì)于我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者接班人的大學(xué)生群體,鼓勵(lì)他們創(chuàng)業(yè)成為不斷提高建設(shè)者能力素質(zhì)、優(yōu)化我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)民族創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的重要途徑。而創(chuàng)業(yè)教育不僅是幫助大學(xué)生積極創(chuàng)業(yè)的主要渠道,更重要的是創(chuàng)業(yè)教育可以讓大學(xué)生具有創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的意識(shí)。在我國(guó)發(fā)展如火如茶的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育形式日趨多樣化、內(nèi)容逐漸豐富化,然而如何從粗放式逐漸向追求創(chuàng)業(yè)教育效果的高質(zhì)性發(fā)展,仍然是一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文將從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究: 一、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性的內(nèi)涵及增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性的意義。包括創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的內(nèi)涵、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性的內(nèi)涵及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性的意義。 二、當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性不足的表現(xiàn)及其主要原因。主要是深層次地分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生有效性不足的表現(xiàn),同時(shí)對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行深層剖析。 三、增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性的具體措施。包括從思想上高度重視、構(gòu)建完善的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系、充分調(diào)動(dòng)人學(xué)生積極性、政府主導(dǎo)形成合力以及科學(xué)合力的評(píng)價(jià)及反饋體系等。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship refers to a person who discovers certain information, resources, opportunities or techniques, uses or borrows the corresponding platforms or carriers, and transforms the information, resources, opportunities or technologies he discovers, in a certain way, into a certain way.The process of creating more wealth, value, and pursuit or goal.Because of the innovative nature of entrepreneurship, the effective transfer of wealth and the high requirements for the ability and quality of those engaged in it, more and more attention has been paid to the current economic development trend of our country, and to the college students of the successors of the socialist constructors in our country,Encouraging them to start a business has become an important way to improve the ability quality of builders, optimize the economic and industrial structure of our country, and promote the development of national innovation.Entrepreneurship education is not only the main channel to help college students to start their own business actively, but also can make them have the consciousness of entrepreneurial innovation.In China, the form of entrepreneurship education for college students is becoming more and more diversified and the content is gradually enriched. However, how to develop from extensive education to high quality education is still an urgent problem to be solved.This paper will study from the following aspects:First, the connotation of the effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship education and the significance of enhancing the effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship education.It includes the connotation of entrepreneurship education, the connotation and standard of the effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship education, and the significance of enhancing the effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship education.Second, the current performance and main reasons of the lack of effectiveness of entrepreneurship education for college students in China.This paper mainly analyzes the performance of the insufficiency of college students' effectiveness in our country, and analyzes its causes deeply.Third, specific measures to enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education for college students.It includes thinking highly, constructing a perfect curriculum system of entrepreneurship education, fully arousing the enthusiasm of students, forming the evaluation and feedback system of the resultant force and scientific resultant force of the government, and so on.
