【摘要】：就業(yè)是民生之本,安國之策。其中,高校畢業(yè)生由于接受了完整的專業(yè)教育,且個(gè)人、家庭和社會分別投入了較大數(shù)量的成本,能否順利就業(yè)就變得尤其重要。大學(xué)生就業(yè)一直是社會普遍關(guān)注的問題,是解決整個(gè)就業(yè)問題的關(guān)鍵,既涉及到國計(jì)民生,是重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)問題,也關(guān)系到大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn),是重大的社會問題。能否解決好高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題,不僅是高等教育事業(yè)面對的課題,也檢驗(yàn)著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)能否健康發(fā)展。 中國改革已歷30多年,近年來隨著社會轉(zhuǎn)型速度的不斷加快,在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會以及文化觀念等方面都出現(xiàn)了一系列的新變化,大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題相應(yīng)出現(xiàn)了一些新的矛盾和問題。 本文主要以21世紀(jì)中國社會進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期為背景,在分析高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,首先概括出大學(xué)生就業(yè)存在的問題以及這些問題形成的深層次原因；其次,梳理并闡釋了解決轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的一般理論；最后,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論提出了解決轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的具體意見和建議。希望借此能對大學(xué)生就業(yè)以及高校深化改革提供些許裨益。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, and the policy of the country.Among them, college graduates have received a complete professional education, and the individual, family and society have invested a large amount of costs, so it is particularly important to obtain employment smoothly.The employment of college students is always a social concern and the key to solve the whole employment problem. It not only involves the national economy and people's livelihood, but also relates to the realization of college students' self-worth and is a major social problem.Whether we can solve the employment problem of college students is not only a subject facing the cause of higher education, but also a test of whether the socialist market economy can develop healthily.China's reform has been going on for more than 30 years. In recent years, with the rapid pace of social transformation, a series of new changes have taken place in political, economic, social and cultural concepts.There are some new contradictions and problems in the employment of college students.Based on the analysis of the present situation of college students' employment in the 21st century, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the employment of college students and the reasons for the formation of these problems.Combing and explaining the general theory of solving the problem of college students' employment in the transition period; finally, combining with the relevant theories, the author puts forward the concrete opinions and suggestions to solve the problem of college students' employment in the period of transition.In the hope that this can provide some benefits to the employment of college students and the deepening reform of colleges and universities.
