【摘要】：本文針對(duì)高�！爱a(chǎn)學(xué)研”合作的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論，主要章節(jié)內(nèi)容分析了美國(guó)、日本和我國(guó)高校在“產(chǎn)學(xué)研”合作方面的歷史發(fā)展、合作模式以及特征，并對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)對(duì)美日中高�！爱a(chǎn)學(xué)研”合作模式的歷史、現(xiàn)狀以及特征進(jìn)行比較、分析和概括，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)在高�！爱a(chǎn)學(xué)研”合作發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題，提出發(fā)展本國(guó)高�！爱a(chǎn)學(xué)研”合作的本土化發(fā)展策略。 與美國(guó)、日本高校相比，我國(guó)在產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作發(fā)展方面，雖然取得了一定的成績(jī)，，但仍然存在不足，表現(xiàn)在政府宏觀管理仍不到位，高�？蒲性u(píng)價(jià)體系以及科研人員觀念與企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新需求不符，導(dǎo)致高校固守在自己的“象牙塔”里。根據(jù)這些不足，并且借鑒美日的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，本文提出了建議。首先要加強(qiáng)政府的宏觀調(diào)控作用，尤其是建立優(yōu)惠政策以及法律保障，以此提高高校與企業(yè)合作的效率；第二，充分發(fā)揮中介機(jī)構(gòu)的作用，為高校以及企業(yè)搭建各類平臺(tái)，使二者溝通更加順暢。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author discusses the cooperation of "industry, college and research" in colleges and universities. The main chapter analyzes the historical development, the mode and the characteristics of the cooperation among American, Japanese and Chinese universities in the field of "production, learning and research", and analyzes the related problems.On this basis, by comparing, analyzing and summarizing the history, present situation and characteristics of the cooperation mode of "production-study-research" in American and Japanese universities, the author finds out the problems existing in the cooperative development of "production-study-research" in colleges and universities in China.This paper puts forward the localization development strategy of developing the cooperation of industry, university and research in our country's colleges and universities.Compared with colleges and universities in the United States and Japan, although China has made certain achievements in the development of industry-university-research cooperation, there are still shortcomings, which are manifested in the fact that the government's macro management is still not in place.The evaluation system of scientific research and the concept of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities are not in accordance with the technological innovation needs of enterprises, which leads universities to stick to their own ivory tower.According to these shortcomings, and draw lessons from the successful experience of the United States and Japan, this paper puts forward some suggestions.First, it is necessary to strengthen the role of the government in macro-control, especially the establishment of preferential policies and legal safeguards, so as to improve the efficiency of cooperation between universities and enterprises; second, to give full play to the role of intermediary organizations, and to set up various platforms for universities and enterprises.Make the communication between the two more smooth.
