【摘要】：21世紀，人類將迎來史無前例的休閑時代，進入生存狀態(tài)發(fā)生根本轉折的新階段。休閑體育作為一種健康的打發(fā)余暇時間的方式，在促進身心健康和獲得精神動力，以及提高整體素質等方面都發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用。在休閑體育發(fā)展的背景下，我國女性休閑體育在近幾年雖然獲得很大發(fā)展,但與發(fā)達國家存在不小的差距。高校女性教師與其他女性相比有收入穩(wěn)定、認知水平高、閑暇時間相對充裕、與工作單位管理聯(lián)系相對松散等職業(yè)特點，為進一步了解并完善高校女性教師參與體育休閑活動的影響因素,促進休閑體育發(fā)展,有必要對其作進一步研究分析。 本研究以廣西大學等六所駐邕高校的440名在職女性教師為調查對象，駐邕高校女性教師參與體育休閑活動的個人維度制約因素主要有：年齡、經(jīng)濟收入水平、體育休閑活動所需技能的掌握水平、曾經(jīng)的運動習慣和參與目的；家庭維度制約因素主要有：家務量以及家人對其參與體育休閑活動的態(tài)度；社會維度制約因素主要有：活動場地的可達性、參與同伴、工作的休閑氛圍以及國家政策法規(guī)。 論文共有四個部分：首先是前言部分，主要介紹的是本研究選題依據(jù)、研究目的、研究意義、研究綜述和研究假設等內容；第二部分主要是研究對象的描述，以及對研究方法的介紹；第三部分是結果與分析，，在對研究對象基本情況和參與休閑體育現(xiàn)狀的分析基礎上，從個人、家庭、社會三個維度來分析駐邕高校女性休閑體育的影響因素；最后，根據(jù)前面分析的結果總結出本研究的結論，并針對性的提出對策和建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, mankind will usher in an unprecedented leisure time and enter a new stage in which the state of existence has taken a fundamental turn.Leisure sports, as a healthy way to pass leisure time, play a very important role in promoting physical and mental health, gaining spiritual motivation, and improving the overall quality of the whole.In the context of the development of leisure sports, although the female leisure sports in China has achieved great development in recent years, there is not a small gap with the developed countries.Compared with other women, female teachers in colleges and universities have the characteristics of stable income, high cognitive level, relatively abundant leisure time, relatively loose relationship with the management of their work units, and so on.In order to further understand and perfect the influencing factors of female teachers' participation in sports leisure activities and promote the development of leisure sports, it is necessary to further study and analyze them.In this study, 440 female in-service teachers in Guangxi University and other institutions of higher learning were investigated. The main factors restricting the female teachers' participation in sports leisure activities are age, income level.The mastering level of the skills needed for sports and leisure activities, the former sports habits and the purpose of participation, the factors restricting the family dimension are as follows: the amount of housework and the attitude of the family towards their participation in sports and leisure activities;The factors restricting social dimension are: accessibility of activities, participation of peers, leisure atmosphere of work and national policies and regulations.The thesis consists of four parts: the first part is the preface, which mainly introduces the basis, purpose, significance, summary and hypothesis of the research; the second part is the description of the research object.The third part is the results and analysis, based on the analysis of the basic situation of the object of study and the status quo of participating in leisure sports, from the individual, the family,Three dimensions of society to analyze the impact factors of female leisure sports in colleges and universities; finally, according to the results of the previous analysis summed up the conclusions of this study, and targeted to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
