【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家“十二五規(guī)劃”的進(jìn)一步推進(jìn),省域范圍內(nèi)對(duì)高層次人才的需求逐步增加。湖北省作為中部崛起戰(zhàn)略中的核心城市之一,對(duì)應(yīng)用型高層次專業(yè)人才的需求也越來(lái)越多。與此同時(shí),教育部也在不斷調(diào)整和優(yōu)化碩士研究生的類(lèi)型結(jié)構(gòu),其主要表現(xiàn)在擴(kuò)大全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生招生規(guī)模,湖北省作為高教大省,義不容辭地承擔(dān)了巨大的培養(yǎng)任務(wù),于是,這些擴(kuò)招進(jìn)來(lái)的專業(yè)碩士畢業(yè)后何去何從,或者說(shuō)如何與湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的步伐保持協(xié)調(diào)一致,越來(lái)越值得我們思考。本文即是以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),探討湖北省專業(yè)碩士的就業(yè)問(wèn)題。 本論文共分五個(gè)部分。 第一部分主要闡述選題緣起、研究意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究思路與方法。 第二部分界定了基本概念,如專業(yè)學(xué)位以及碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生;介紹相關(guān)理論,如供求理論和帕森斯的特質(zhì)——因素匹配理論及其在本研究中的應(yīng)用。 第三部分首先對(duì)湖北省專業(yè)碩士的供給情況作了現(xiàn)狀分析,然后描述了湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)專業(yè)人才的需求,最后從就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的供求主體兩方面進(jìn)行整體分析,得出了影響專業(yè)碩士就業(yè)的外部原因,即經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)專業(yè)碩士的需求與其專業(yè)碩士的供給狀況之間存在著差距。 第四部分通過(guò)對(duì)湖北省專業(yè)碩士的個(gè)人特質(zhì)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果利用皮爾森(Pearson)簡(jiǎn)單相關(guān)分析和多元線性回歸分析,得出了影響專業(yè)碩士就業(yè)的內(nèi)部原因,即專業(yè)碩士的個(gè)人特質(zhì)(包括性別、身高、長(zhǎng)相、政治面貌、學(xué)校、專業(yè)、理論知識(shí)、綜合素質(zhì)、工作經(jīng)歷)影響其就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的獲得及就業(yè)滿意度的評(píng)價(jià)。 第五部分分析了湖北省專業(yè)碩士就業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合上述調(diào)查分析的結(jié)果,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,以期改善專業(yè)碩士就業(yè)的內(nèi)、外兩方面影響因素,促進(jìn)專業(yè)碩士更好就業(yè)。 總的來(lái)看,改進(jìn)湖北省專業(yè)碩士的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀要從內(nèi)外兩方面來(lái)加強(qiáng),外部因素主要是來(lái)自政府與社會(huì)、用人單位、培養(yǎng)單位,內(nèi)部因素主要是來(lái)自專業(yè)碩士的個(gè)人特質(zhì)。解決這些問(wèn)題是一個(gè)綜合的、系統(tǒng)的工程,必須依靠政府與社會(huì)、用人單位、培養(yǎng)單位和專業(yè)碩士個(gè)人的力量來(lái)統(tǒng)籌解決,只有聯(lián)合發(fā)揮各方的優(yōu)勢(shì)作用,才能使專業(yè)碩士的就業(yè)問(wèn)題得到根本解決。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the demand for high-level talents in the province has gradually increased. Hubei Province, as one of the core cities in the strategy of the rise of the central region, At the same time, the Ministry of Education is constantly adjusting and optimizing the structure of the types of graduate students, which is mainly reflected in the expansion of the enrollment scale of full-time professional degree and master students. Hubei Province, as a large province with higher education, is duty-bound to undertake a huge training task. As a result, where will these expanded professional masters go after graduation, or how to coordinate with the pace of economic and social development in Hubei Province? More and more worthy of our consideration. This article is to explore the employment of professional masters in Hubei Province. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part describes the origin of the topic, research significance, literature review and research ideas and methods. The second part defines the basic concepts, such as professional degree and master degree, and introduces the relevant theories, such as supply and demand theory and Parsons' trait factor matching theory and its application in this study. The third part firstly analyzes the current situation of the supply of professional masters in Hubei Province, then describes the demand for professional talents in the economic and social development of Hubei Province, and finally makes an overall analysis from the two aspects of the main body of supply and demand in the job market. The external reasons that affect the employment of professional masters are obtained, that is, there is a gap between the demand for professional masters in economic and social development and the supply of professional masters. In the fourth part, by investigating the personal characteristics of professional masters in Hubei Province, using Pearson's simple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, the internal reasons that affect the employment of professional masters are obtained. That is, the personal characteristics (including gender, height, appearance, political outlook, school, specialty, theoretical knowledge, comprehensive quality, work experience) affect the employment opportunities and job satisfaction. The fifth part analyzes the problems existing in the employment of professional masters in Hubei Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the results of the above investigation and analysis, in order to improve the internal and external factors affecting the employment of professional masters. To promote better employment of professional masters. In general, improving the employment situation of professional masters in Hubei should be strengthened from both inside and outside. External factors mainly come from the government, society, employing units, and training units. Internal factors mainly come from the personal characteristics of professional masters. Solving these problems is a comprehensive and systematic project that must rely on the efforts of the government and society, the employing units, the training units and the individual professional masters to solve these problems as a whole. Only when the advantages of all parties are brought into play, can the employment problem of professional masters be fundamentally solved.
