【摘要】：為了探析上海高校基礎(chǔ)研究產(chǎn)出的規(guī)模和影響力及其在國(guó)內(nèi)和世界上的相對(duì)位置,本文嘗試從科技論文這一基礎(chǔ)研究的主要產(chǎn)出形式出發(fā),通過(guò)國(guó)際比較和計(jì)量分析等方法,對(duì)2005-2009年上海高校被收錄在美國(guó)科學(xué)情報(bào)研究所(ISI)Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的論文的分析,得出上海高校和上海高校各學(xué)科論文的活動(dòng)指數(shù)(AI)、吸引力指數(shù)(AAI)和論文相對(duì)引文影響力(RCI)等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,2005-2009年上海高�？蒲虚_(kāi)始以內(nèi)涵建設(shè)為主,已經(jīng)從數(shù)量擴(kuò)張向質(zhì)量提升轉(zhuǎn)變,但整體科研產(chǎn)出的影響力與世界平均水平仍有差距。環(huán)境科學(xué)與生態(tài)學(xué)、地球科學(xué)、交叉學(xué)科、社會(huì)科學(xué)總論、空間科學(xué)5個(gè)學(xué)科的活動(dòng)指數(shù)、相對(duì)吸引力指數(shù)、相對(duì)影響力都小于1。最后,對(duì)上海高�；A(chǔ)研究的未來(lái)發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the scale and influence of the basic research output in Shanghai colleges and universities and its relative position in China and the world, this paper attempts to proceed from the main output form of scientific and technological papers, through international comparison and econometric analysis, etc. An analysis of the papers from 2005 to 2009 in the ISI Web of Science database of the American Institute of Scientific Information, The index of activity, attractiveness index (AAI) and relative citation influence of papers in Shanghai colleges and universities are obtained. The results show that the scientific research of Shanghai colleges and universities began to focus on connotation construction from 2005 to 2009. There has been a shift from quantitative expansion to quality improvement, but there is still a gap between the impact of overall scientific research output and the world average. Environmental Science and Ecology, Geoscience, Interdisciplinary, Social Sciences General, The activity index, relative attraction index and relative influence of space science are all less than 1. Finally, some suggestions on the future development of basic research in Shanghai colleges and universities are put forward.
