在高校思想政治教育中引入創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究

【摘要】:隨著大學生畢業(yè)人數(shù)的日益增加,社會就業(yè)壓力越來越大。大學生之間流傳著-句反映社會現(xiàn)實的話:畢業(yè)即失業(yè)。大學生作為社會建設(shè)發(fā)展的儲備力量,他們畢業(yè)之后的發(fā)展關(guān)系著國家的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展是高校教育中的一項重要任務(wù),高校教育對大學生的就業(yè)引導有著不可推卸的責任。因此,高校在思想政治教育上要順應(yīng)社會發(fā)展趨勢,創(chuàng)新教學方式,將創(chuàng)業(yè)教育引入高校思想政治教育中。 在高校思想政治教育中引入創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是非常有必要的:第一,高校思想政治教育引入創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是增強思想政治教育吸引力的需要;第二,在高校思想政治教育中引入創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是加強思想政治教育實踐性的需要。 但是就目前來看,我國高校在思想政治教育方面對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展研究還處于起步階段,在思想政治教育中開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作顯得不夠系統(tǒng)和完善,存在著以下幾個方面的問題:第一,大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意識不強,對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的理解和認識存在偏差;第二,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在高校思想政治教育中的地位不夠;第三,高校思想政治教育中創(chuàng)業(yè)教育形式單一化;第四,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學內(nèi)容缺乏針對性;第五,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育缺乏配套的教材;第六,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資力量不足;第七,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的不規(guī)范性和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式的局限性也制約了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展;第八,創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境不夠完善對高校思想政治教育中的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有負面影響。 通過對上述問題的分析,提出了以下幾個方面措施:第一,加強大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)主體意識的培養(yǎng);第二,實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的多元化,培養(yǎng)良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境和氛圍;第三,豐富創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學內(nèi)容,開設(shè)有特色的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系;第四,在高校思想政治教育中開展創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究;第五,加強創(chuàng)業(yè)教學的師資隊伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of graduates, the pressure of social employment is increasing. Their development after graduation is related to the national economic construction. The development of entrepreneurship education is an important task in college education, and college education has an unshirkable responsibility for the employment guidance of college students. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should conform to the trend of social development, innovate teaching methods, and introduce entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is very necessary to introduce entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities. First, it is necessary to introduce entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is necessary to strengthen the practice of ideological and political education by introducing entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Eighth, the imperfect entrepreneurial environment has a negative impact on entrepreneurship education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the above problems, the following measures are put forward: first, to strengthen the cultivation of college students' awareness of entrepreneurship; second, to realize the diversification of entrepreneurship education, and to cultivate a good environment and atmosphere for entrepreneurship; third, Enrich the content of entrepreneurship education teaching, set up a characteristic entrepreneurship education curriculum system; fourth, in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to carry out entrepreneurial practice activities and entrepreneurial education research; fifth, strengthen the construction of teachers in entrepreneurship teaching.
