【摘要】：隨著我國社會經濟、文化的發(fā)展和高等教育體制改革的深入，多校區(qū)高校的辦學格局已初步形成。如何在多校區(qū)條件下加強大學生的思想政治教育工作，促進多校區(qū)的協(xié)調發(fā)展，已成為多校區(qū)高校亟需解決的問題。因此，積極探索和構建適合我國多校區(qū)大學特點的大學生思想政治教育體系，對于指導多校區(qū)高校的發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文從多校區(qū)大學和單校區(qū)大學的比較入手，分析多校區(qū)大學生思想政治教育的特殊性。選取西安四所高校為調查對象，通過實地調研，，概括出目前多校區(qū)條件下大學生思想政治教育工作中存在的主要問題，并從社會、大學生和高校三方面剖析了問題的成因。在此基礎上，提出了包括教育理念、教育體制、教育內容、教育方法、教育環(huán)境、教育隊伍六個方面的多校區(qū)大學生思想政治教育體系，并構建了信息系統(tǒng)、評估系統(tǒng)和社會系統(tǒng)三個配套支持系統(tǒng)，確保其順利實施。最后，從理論和實踐兩個方面闡述了構建多校區(qū)大學生思想政治教育體系的意義，試圖將理論成果運用于西安電子科技大學的管理實際，分析存在的問題以及相應的對策。通過本文的研究，期望能為多校區(qū)高校學生工作起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's social economy, culture and the reform of higher education system, the pattern of multi-campus colleges and universities has been formed. How to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students under the condition of multi-campus, To promote the coordinated development of multi-campuses has become an urgent problem for multi-campus colleges and universities. Therefore, we should actively explore and construct the ideological and political education system of college students suitable for the characteristics of multi-campus universities in our country. It is of great significance to guide the development of multi-campus colleges and universities. Based on the comparison between multi-campus universities and single-campus universities, this paper analyzes the particularity of ideological and political education of multi-campus college students. This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students under the condition of multi-campus at present, and analyzes the causes of the problems from the three aspects of society, college students and universities. The ideological and political education system of college students from six aspects of education content, educational methods, educational environment and educational team is constructed, and three supporting systems, information system, evaluation system and social system, are constructed to ensure its smooth implementation. This paper expounds the significance of constructing the ideological and political education system of college students from two aspects of theory and practice, and attempts to apply the theoretical results to the management practice of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology. Through the research of this paper, it is expected to play a certain reference role in the work of students in multi-campus colleges and universities.
