基于Java EE的高等學校績效考核系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在這個大眾對高等教育有所不滿的年代,社會、家庭及大學生群體對就業(yè)難問題深有感觸,身為高校教師的我對此也感同身受。然而,有些高校卻對外宣稱大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率在90%以上。因此,本論文希望借助相對真實、有效的稅收數(shù)據(jù)及社保數(shù)據(jù),得到一個具有說服力的就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),這也是文章的最初出發(fā)點。 在研究內(nèi)容方面,論文共分為六大章節(jié)。第一章,緒論。論述了選題背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容及主要創(chuàng)新點。第二章,高等學?冃Э己说睦碚撆c技術(shù)基礎。介紹了績效考核的相關(guān)理論以及論文所設計的績效考核系統(tǒng)用到的各類技術(shù)。第三章,我國高等教育績效考核的現(xiàn)狀及問題研究。通過對我國高等教育提供方式的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)增加高等教育的供給并沒有提升高等教育的質(zhì)量,并從全面質(zhì)量管理的角度將問題定位到缺乏有效的績效考核。論文還分析了我國高等教育績效考核的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了面向市場的績效考核的概念和全國大學生畢業(yè)考試的思路。第四章,我國高等學?冃Э己讼到y(tǒng)的分析與設計,綜合分析比較了幾種常用的績效考核方法,最后選取了關(guān)鍵績效指標法(KPI)作為高等學校績效考核的解決方案,將就業(yè)指標,科研學術(shù)指標和畢業(yè)考試指標作為高等學?冃Э己说年P(guān)鍵指標,并分析了學術(shù)科研對就業(yè)的影響等。采用面向?qū)ο蟮姆治龊驮O計技術(shù),設計了Student類,Examinee類,Taxpayer類和Insurants類等基本的領域模型。第五章,基于Java EE的高等學校績效考核系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)。論文采用了Java EE技術(shù)作為系統(tǒng)的解決方案。在系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)方面,本系統(tǒng)采用了表現(xiàn)層,業(yè)務邏輯層和數(shù)據(jù)訪問層三層架構(gòu)。同時,為提升系統(tǒng)性能,引入了MemCache (?)服務器。在績效考核報表設計方面,共設計了高等學校整體績效考核報表、高等學校分專業(yè)績效考核報表、高等學校之間對比績效考核報表、高等學校之間分專業(yè)對比績效考核報表四套報表。在報表的實現(xiàn)方面,采用了JasperReports和JFreeChart技術(shù),主要采用了餅圖,柱狀圖和折線圖,希望這些直觀的圖表既能考核高等學校的績效,又能有不錯的用戶體驗。第六章,結(jié)論及展望。 本文有三個主要創(chuàng)新點。一是提出了面向市場的績效考核的概念,為我國高等教育改革提供了另一種思路。二是分析和闡述了學術(shù)對就業(yè)的影響。三是借助JavaEE技術(shù)對高等教育績效考核系統(tǒng)做了實現(xiàn),走在了理論和實踐的前沿。
[Abstract]:In this era of public dissatisfaction with higher education, society, families and college students are deeply affected by the difficulty of finding employment, and I, as a college teacher, feel the same way. Some colleges and universities claim that the employment rate of graduates is more than 90%. Therefore, this paper hopes to obtain a convincing employment data with the help of relatively real and effective tax data and social security data, which is also the initial starting point of the article. In the aspect of research content, the thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter one, introduction, discusses the background, significance, research content and main innovation points of the topic. The theoretical and technical basis of performance appraisal in colleges and universities. The related theories of performance appraisal and the various techniques used in the performance appraisal system designed by the paper are introduced. Through the analysis of the way of providing higher education in China, it is found that increasing the supply of higher education does not improve the quality of higher education. And from the perspective of total quality management, the problem is defined as the lack of effective performance appraisal. The paper also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal of higher education in China. This paper puts forward the concept of market-oriented performance appraisal and the train of thought of national graduation examination for college students. Chapter four, the analysis and design of performance appraisal system in Chinese universities and colleges, and the comprehensive analysis and comparison of several commonly used performance appraisal methods. Finally, the key performance index method (KPI) is selected as the solution to the performance appraisal of colleges and universities, and the employment index, academic index of scientific research and graduation test index are taken as the key indicators of performance appraisal in colleges and universities. This paper also analyzes the impact of academic research on employment and so on. Using object-oriented analysis and design techniques, this paper designs the basic domain models of Student class, such as Student class, Insurants class, Insurants class and so on. The thesis adopts Java EE technology as the solution of the system. In the aspect of system architecture, the system adopts three layers: presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. At the same time, the system is composed of three layers: presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. To improve system performance, MemCache was introduced. In the aspect of performance appraisal report design, we have designed the overall performance appraisal report form of colleges and universities, the performance appraisal report form of colleges and universities according to specialty, and the comparative performance appraisal report form among colleges and universities, In the realization of the report form, we adopt JasperReports and JFreeChart technology, mainly using pie chart, bar chart and broken line chart. I hope these intuitionistic charts can evaluate the performance of colleges and universities. Can also have a good user experience. Chapter 6, conclusions and prospects. There are three main innovations in this paper. First, the concept of market-oriented performance appraisal is put forward. It provides another way of thinking for the reform of higher education in our country. The second is to analyze and expound the influence of academic on employment, and the third is to realize the performance appraisal system of higher education with the help of JavaEE technology, which is in the forefront of theory and practice.
