【摘要】:教育經(jīng)費是高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎和保障,但現(xiàn)階段我國高等教育事業(yè)日益凸顯出經(jīng)費短缺的問題。因此,在我國高等教育事業(yè)中呈現(xiàn)出多渠道籌資趨勢。其中,社會捐贈作為一項公益性社會活動,已經(jīng)開始逐步成為各高校募集辦學經(jīng)費的重要來源。如何科學發(fā)展高等教育社會捐贈,對我國高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。當前,我國高等教育社會捐贈事業(yè)仍處于起步階段,重視和加強對高等教育社會捐贈事業(yè)的理論研究,用科學的理論武裝頭腦、指導實踐、推動工作,是中國共產(chǎn)黨在長期的革命、建設和改革中形成的寶貴經(jīng)驗,也是高等教育社會捐贈事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的重要前提和基礎保障。 任何一個能夠長久發(fā)展并且保持其先進性的事業(yè)必須依靠一套科學的、系統(tǒng)的、全面的理論體系為支撐。在我國高等教育社會捐贈事業(yè)發(fā)展的進程中,以馬克思主義理論作為指導高校融資實踐的理論基礎具有十分重要的意義。本文將馬克思主義理論與我國高等教育社會捐贈實踐對接,以理論作指導,積極展開與中外各國高等教育社會捐贈實踐的對話,深層次的剖析我國高等教育社會捐贈發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,從而借鑒其合理的思想精華,實踐經(jīng)驗。在此基礎上,反思地解答我國高等教育社會捐贈事業(yè)發(fā)展中的問題,發(fā)展以馬克思主義理論為指導的具有我國特色社會主義的高等教育社會捐贈事業(yè)。 論文共分為五章。第一章,緒論。介紹了研究的問題、意義和國內外研究現(xiàn)狀。通過國內外學者對高等教育社會捐贈的分析,以不同的視角闡述了對高等教育社會捐贈事業(yè)發(fā)展中的眾多觀點;第二章,相關高等教育社會捐贈的概念界定和理論依據(jù)。概念界定和理論依據(jù)為以后各章對我國高等教育社會捐贈的探討給予支撐;第三章,我國高等教育社會捐贈的發(fā)展概況。本章回顧了我國高等教育社會捐贈中包括捐贈規(guī)模、捐贈方式、捐贈來源和受贈管理等方面的發(fā)展歷程,指出了現(xiàn)階段我國高等教育社會捐贈的成就與不足;第四章,國外高等教育社會捐贈的現(xiàn)狀和啟示。與之比較國外高等教育社會捐贈的實踐經(jīng)驗,從中找出如何更加公開有效地利用社會捐贈發(fā)展我國高等教育事業(yè)的啟示;第五章,促進我國現(xiàn)階段高等教育社會捐贈發(fā)展的建議。以馬克思主義哲學中的眾多理論和觀點作為思考高校社會捐贈問題之源,結合國外先進經(jīng)驗,提出關于完善我國高等教育社會捐贈文化、法律政策、管理制度、渠道拓寬問題的新思路。
[Abstract]:Education expenditure is the foundation and guarantee of the development of higher education, but at this stage, the problem of shortage of funds is increasingly prominent in our country's higher education. Therefore, there is a trend of multi-channel financing in the cause of higher education in our country. As a public welfare social activity, social donation has gradually become an important source of funding for colleges and universities. How to develop social donation of higher education in a scientific way is particularly important to the development of higher education in China. The social donation of higher education in our country is still in its infancy. It is a long-term revolution for the CPC to attach importance to and strengthen the theoretical research on the social donation of higher education, arm the mind with scientific theory, guide practice and promote the work. The valuable experience formed in the construction and reform is also an important prerequisite and basic guarantee for the vigorous development of social donation in higher education. Any cause that can develop for a long time and maintain its advanced nature must be supported by a set of scientific, systematic and comprehensive theoretical systems. It is of great significance to take Marxism theory as the theoretical basis to guide the financing practice of colleges and universities. In order to draw lessons from its reasonable ideological essence and practical experience, we should actively carry out a dialogue with Chinese and foreign countries on the practice of social donation of higher education, deeply analyze the problems existing in the development of social donation of higher education in China, and draw lessons from its reasonable ideological essence and practical experience. To solve the problems in the development of social donation of higher education in China, and to develop the social donation of higher education with Chinese characteristics guided by Marxist theory. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It introduces the research problems, significance and the current situation of research at home and abroad. Through the analysis of the social donation of higher education by domestic and foreign scholars, In this paper, the author expounds many viewpoints on the development of social donation in higher education from different angles. The definition and theoretical basis of the related higher education social donation. The concept definition and theoretical basis support the discussion of the social donation of higher education in our country in the following chapters; chapter three, The development of social donation in higher education in China. This chapter reviews the development of social donation of higher education in China, including donation scale, donation mode, donation source and donation management, etc. It points out the achievements and shortcomings of social donation of higher education in China at present, chapter 4th, the present situation and enlightenment of social donation of higher education abroad, and compares the practical experience of social donation of higher education in foreign countries. Find out how to use social donations more openly and effectively to develop the cause of higher education in China. Chapter 5th, Suggestions for promoting the development of social donation in higher education in China at present. Taking many theories and viewpoints in Marxist philosophy as the source of thinking about social donation in colleges and universities, combining with advanced foreign experience, This paper puts forward a new way of thinking about perfecting the donation culture, law and policy, management system and channel widening of higher education in our country.
