【摘要】：大學(xué)期間是大學(xué)生身心發(fā)展、道德觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，而大量的自由時(shí)間該如何用于實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的發(fā)展，對于尚不成熟的大學(xué)生來說是個(gè)難題。健康向上的休閑生活可以提升大學(xué)生的生活質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的個(gè)性成熟、人格完善及培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神和能力；反之，庸俗、消極的休閑生活則可能損害大學(xué)生的身心健康，甚至引發(fā)反社會(huì)行為、犯罪等嚴(yán)重社會(huì)問題。因此,休閑教育勢必會(huì)對學(xué)生的休閑生活產(chǎn)生重要影響。學(xué)校，作為一個(gè)正規(guī)教育機(jī)構(gòu)，引入休閑教育，對于大學(xué)生的成長，個(gè)體發(fā)展都將具有重要的意義。 基于這一事實(shí)，本論文以××大學(xué)的學(xué)生為主要研究對象，以原有研究數(shù)據(jù)為參考，通過調(diào)查、觀察、活動(dòng)反饋等方式，詳細(xì)地考察了他們的休閑時(shí)間安排、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、主觀體驗(yàn)、休閑障礙等方面，并展現(xiàn)了大學(xué)生休閑活動(dòng)的豐富多樣性、普遍自由時(shí)間較多，團(tuán)體活動(dòng)與個(gè)體活動(dòng)并存，娛樂活動(dòng)以及普及類活動(dòng)較多的特點(diǎn)，而我國高校休閑教育存在的功利化、技能化等誤區(qū)的特點(diǎn)，并存在著休閑活動(dòng)與學(xué)習(xí)不能同時(shí)兼顧，休閑意識(shí)不足，缺乏休閑技能，休閑活動(dòng)層次不高，休閑理念認(rèn)識(shí)不足，以及休閑資源缺失等問題。究其原因，休閑教育的不被重視，滯后于教育發(fā)展的需求；受傳統(tǒng)教育觀念的影響，正確的休閑理念難以落到實(shí)處；加上現(xiàn)代教育的功利性、休閑環(huán)境因素、場地、設(shè)施、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件等進(jìn)一步加重大學(xué)生的休閑教育的不足，嚴(yán)重影響了大學(xué)生休閑教育的成效。 在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上，本文提出了對大學(xué)生休閑教育要運(yùn)用思想政治教育的教育方法，用自我教育、實(shí)踐鍛煉、滲透教育以及榜樣教育等引導(dǎo)并檢驗(yàn)大學(xué)生的休閑生活。為切實(shí)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生休閑教育的實(shí)效性，，真正普及大學(xué)生休閑教育，高校應(yīng)做好三方面的工作：一是通過大學(xué)生的自我教育和理論宣傳培養(yǎng)正確的休閑意識(shí)；二是通過普及休閑教育理念，理論引導(dǎo)與活動(dòng)結(jié)合，積極構(gòu)建休閑活動(dòng)的反饋評價(jià)體系，建立科學(xué)的休閑教育體系；三是優(yōu)化學(xué)校的休閑教育資源，如豐富校園文化建設(shè)、擴(kuò)大休閑活動(dòng)場地、整合學(xué)校周邊環(huán)境資源。 希望通過這種理論研究和實(shí)證分析能夠切實(shí)有效的普及大學(xué)生的休閑教育，為實(shí)現(xiàn)他們的健康成長和全面發(fā)展提供有益的理論參照和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:College is a critical period for the formation of a college student's physical and mental development, morality, outlook on life, and values, and how a large amount of free time should be used to achieve self-development. A healthy and upward leisure life can improve the quality of life of college students, promote their personality maturity, improve their personality and cultivate their innovative spirit and ability. Negative leisure life may harm the physical and mental health of college students, and even lead to serious social problems such as anti-social behavior and crime. Therefore, leisure education is bound to have an important impact on students' leisure life. As a formal educational institution, the introduction of leisure education will be of great significance to the growth and individual development of college students. Based on this fact, this paper takes the students of the 脳 脳 university as the main research object, takes the original research data as the reference, through investigation, observation, activity feedback and so on, has investigated their leisure time arrangement and the activity content in detail. Subjective experience, leisure barriers and other aspects, and shows the rich diversity of leisure activities of college students, generally more free time, group activities and individual activities co-exist, entertainment activities and popular activities more characteristics, However, the existence of utilitarian and skill-oriented leisure education in colleges and universities in our country is characterized by the fact that leisure activities and study cannot be taken into account at the same time, the leisure consciousness is insufficient, the leisure skills are lacking, the level of leisure activities is not high, and the awareness of leisure ideas is insufficient. And the lack of leisure resources. The reason is that leisure education is not attached importance to and lags behind the needs of educational development; influenced by traditional educational concepts, it is difficult for correct leisure ideas to be put into practice; plus, the utilitarian nature of modern education. Leisure environment factors, venues, facilities, economic conditions further aggravate the lack of leisure education for college students, seriously affect the effectiveness of leisure education for college students. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward that the leisure education of college students should use the educational method of ideological and political education, use self-education, practice exercise, In order to strengthen the effectiveness of the leisure education of college students and to popularize the leisure education of college students, we should guide and test the leisure life of college students through infiltrating education and example education. Colleges and universities should do a good job in three aspects: first, through the self-education and theoretical propaganda of college students to cultivate a correct sense of leisure, second, through the popularization of the concept of leisure education, theoretical guidance and activities combined, The third is to optimize the leisure education resources of the school, such as enriching campus culture construction, expanding the leisure activity site, and integrating the surrounding environment resources of the school. It is hoped that this kind of theoretical research and empirical analysis can effectively popularize the leisure education of college students and provide useful theoretical reference and practical guidance for their healthy growth and all-round development.
