【摘要】：近年來，隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展，大學(xué)生群體已經(jīng)成為了整個(gè)社會(huì)的重要力量，大學(xué)生的思想動(dòng)態(tài)和言行舉止受到了社會(huì)各界的重視，大學(xué)生思想行為特點(diǎn)隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步正在逐步地發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變，作為教育工作者要密切關(guān)注大學(xué)生思想行為的變化，在日常的教學(xué)和生活中給學(xué)生以正確的指引，保證大學(xué)生健康的成長。 我國目前的在校大學(xué)生約有2400多萬，大學(xué)生的素質(zhì)、能力、思想會(huì)有差異，這其中有很多因素在影響大學(xué)生們的成長。作為大學(xué)生重要組成部分的民辦高校大學(xué)生思想行為方面的特點(diǎn)，近年來也得到了教育界的關(guān)注。民辦高校大學(xué)生具有生源結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，，素質(zhì)參差不齊；價(jià)值取向多元，追求更趨務(wù)實(shí)；理想趨于現(xiàn)實(shí)，政治熱情不高；學(xué)習(xí)欲求強(qiáng)烈，學(xué)習(xí)氛圍欠佳；社會(huì)身份邊緣，自卑心理偏強(qiáng)；自我意識(shí)突出，個(gè)性更加鮮明等特點(diǎn)。針對(duì)這些特點(diǎn)總結(jié)民辦高校思想政治教育存在的主要問題，如：規(guī)律認(rèn)識(shí)不明確，體系構(gòu)建不健全，方法特色尚不突出，隊(duì)伍建設(shè)尚不成熟等問題進(jìn)行研究，并在實(shí)踐中總結(jié)和改進(jìn)，通過不斷的積累和創(chuàng)新就能夠形成民辦高校自身獨(dú)特的教育特色。本文以民辦大學(xué)生思想行為特征作為切入點(diǎn)，試圖進(jìn)行深度剖析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上找到民辦高校思想政治教育的問題所在，進(jìn)而提出解決的對(duì)策。本文研究的最終目的是為民辦高校一線工作者提供理論支撐和方法指引，為民辦高校的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of society, the group of college students has become an important force in the whole society. With the progress of the times, the ideological and behavioral characteristics of college students are gradually changing. As educators, they should pay close attention to the changes of college students' ideological and behavior, and give students correct guidance in their daily teaching and daily life. To ensure the healthy growth of college students. At present, there are more than 24 million college students in our country. There will be differences in the quality, ability, and ideology of college students. There are many factors that affect the growth of college students. As an important part of college students, the ideological and behavioral characteristics of private college students, In recent years, they have also received the attention of the educational circles. Private college students have a complex structure of students, uneven quality, diversified value orientations, more pragmatic pursuits, realistic ideals, low political enthusiasm, and strong desire for study. The study atmosphere is not good; the social status is marginal, the inferiority is strong, the self-consciousness is prominent, the individuality is more distinct and so on. In view of these characteristics, the main problems in the ideological and political education in the private colleges and universities are summarized, such as: the understanding of the law is not clear, The system construction is not perfect, the method characteristic is not outstanding, the team construction is not mature and so on, and summarizes and improves in practice, Through constant accumulation and innovation, private colleges and universities can form their own unique educational characteristics. On this basis, the problems of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities are found, and the countermeasures are put forward. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and method guidance for the front-line workers in private colleges and universities. Contribute a modest contribution to the development of private colleges and universities.
