旅游管理專業(yè)學生實習自我效能感與實習效果的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:旅游管理專業(yè)實習是高校實踐教學的重要環(huán)節(jié),是學生將理論知識和專業(yè)技能與實際應用相結(jié)合的實踐過程,也是學生踏入社會的一個重要過渡階段[1]。目前,國內(nèi)旅游管理專業(yè)實習問題的相關(guān)研究大多集中于實習管理問題、實習效用問題、實習模式創(chuàng)新以及實訓基地建設(shè)等方面[2]。對于實習管理,既有的文獻以學生實習心理的角度對實習管理的相關(guān)研究還比較單一,大多僅限于觀念層面,缺乏深入的分析和定量研究。 本文通過對自我效能感相關(guān)理論以及旅游管理專業(yè)酒店實習管理現(xiàn)狀分別進行綜述,以旅游管理專業(yè)實習生為研究對象,參考邊玉芳(2003)提出的學習自我效能感模型,結(jié)合旅游管理專業(yè)酒店實習的特點,編制出“實習自我效能感量表”。以此為基礎(chǔ),研究運用編制的實習自我效能感量表展開問卷調(diào)查和專家深入訪談,,分析旅游管理專業(yè)學生實習自我效能感的基本特征,并定量分析學生在實習過程中實習自我效能感與實習效果之間的關(guān)系。運用實證分析方法分析實習生自我效能感與實習效果的關(guān)系結(jié)果表明,實習自我效能感的高低與實習績效呈正相關(guān),且實習自我效能感可以較好的預測實習效果。其中,實習基本能力感與實習效果的關(guān)聯(lián)程度比實習控制感高。最后,本文在深入探究學生實習心理特點的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實證研究的相關(guān)結(jié)論,針對實習管理提供有效對策和建議,以期為我國旅游實踐教學提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:The practice of tourism management is an important link in practical teaching in colleges and universities. It is a practical process in which students combine theoretical knowledge and professional skills with practical application. It is also an important transitional stage for students to step into society [1]. Most of the related researches on the practice of tourism management in China are focused on the problems of practice management, the effectiveness of practice, the innovation of practice mode and the construction of practical training base [2]. From the perspective of students' psychology of practice, the existing literature is still relatively single, mostly limited to the level of concept, lack of in-depth analysis and quantitative research. This paper summarizes the theory of self-efficacy and the present situation of hotel practice management in tourism management specialty, taking the trainee of tourism management as the research object, referring to the model of learning self-efficacy put forward by Bian Yu-fang (2003). Based on the characteristics of hotel practice in tourism management major, the author has developed the internship self-efficacy scale. On the basis of this, the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with experts have been carried out by using the self-efficacy scale of practice. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of students' self-efficacy in tourism management major. The relationship between students' self-efficacy and practice effect is analyzed quantitatively, and the results show that the relationship between intern self-efficacy and practice effect is analyzed by the empirical analysis method. The level of practice self-efficacy is positively correlated with the practice performance, and the practice self-efficacy can better predict the practice effect. Among them, the relationship between the practice basic ability and the practice effect is higher than that of the practice control. Finally, the relationship between the basic ability of practice and the practice effect is higher than that of the practice control. On the basis of deeply exploring the psychological characteristics of students' practice and combining with the relevant conclusions of the empirical research, this paper provides effective countermeasures and suggestions for the practice management in order to provide useful reference for the tourism practice teaching in our country.
