【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展給人類社會(huì)帶來(lái)了很多美好的前景,但也出現(xiàn)了越來(lái)越多的倫理問(wèn)題。信息倫理問(wèn)題的研究由上個(gè)世紀(jì)70年代的計(jì)算機(jī)倫理的研究開始,經(jīng)歷了發(fā)生、發(fā)展時(shí)期,現(xiàn)在愈來(lái)愈為人們所關(guān)注,其中網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息成為焦點(diǎn)之一,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息中的公正問(wèn)題又成為焦點(diǎn)中的焦點(diǎn)。本文以信息倫理之中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正問(wèn)題為背景,探討高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育的理論和實(shí)踐問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其發(fā)展前景做出展望。 全文分五個(gè)部分：第一部分為引言部分,由問(wèn)題的提出、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀綜述以及研究的目的、意義、內(nèi)容和方法三部分組成,主要介紹本研究的緣起及進(jìn)展情況,為后幾章的全面論述鋪墊基礎(chǔ)；第二部分探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正問(wèn)題、網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀及網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育等內(nèi)容,具體包括,描述網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正問(wèn)題的特征和表現(xiàn),界定網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀的概念及內(nèi)容,為下文論述高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育的理論做鋪墊；第三部分主要探討高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育的理論構(gòu)建,具體地說(shuō),就是從網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育的意義、內(nèi)容、途徑和方法四個(gè)方面展開論述。第四部分在第三部分論述高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育理論的基礎(chǔ)上探討高校開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育的實(shí)踐探索,即高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育要從教育者出發(fā)、高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育要做到幾個(gè)結(jié)合和高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育要各方面的支持。第五部分結(jié)束語(yǔ)部分,立足于現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,在信息倫理的背景下對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育研究進(jìn)行展望,以期為高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育提供合理的建議。
[Abstract]:The development of information technology has brought a lot of bright prospects to human society, but more and more ethical problems have also appeared. In the development period, people pay more and more attention to the network information, in which the network information becomes one of the focal points, and the justice problem in the network information becomes the focal point again. This article takes the network justice question in the information ethics as the background, This paper discusses the theory and practice of network justice education in colleges and universities, and looks forward to its development prospect. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part, which consists of three parts: the question, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the purpose, the significance, the content and the method of the research. It mainly introduces the origin and progress of this research. The second part discusses the issues of network justice, network justice and network justice education, including the description of the characteristics and performance of network justice. Defining the concept and content of network justice, laying the groundwork for the following discussion on the theory of network justice education in colleges and universities; the third part mainly discusses the theoretical construction of network justice view education in colleges and universities, specifically, the significance of network justice view education. Part 4th discusses the theory of network justice education in colleges and universities on the basis of the third part, and explores the practice and exploration of developing network justice education in colleges and universities on the basis of the theory of network justice education in colleges and universities. That is to say, the education of network justice in colleges and universities should be based on the educators, the network justice education in colleges and universities should be supported by several aspects, and the conclusion of the 5th part should be based on the practical problems. Under the background of information ethics, this paper looks forward to the research on the view of network justice in colleges and universities in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the education of network justice in colleges and universities.
