【摘要】:沒(méi)有高水平的教師隊(duì)伍,就沒(méi)有高質(zhì)量的教育。一所大學(xué)沒(méi)有高質(zhì)量的教師教育師資,就沒(méi)有高質(zhì)量的教師教育,也就沒(méi)有一個(gè)國(guó)家高水平的教師隊(duì)伍。在全國(guó)教育工作會(huì)議上,胡錦濤總書(shū)記曾指出,“教育大計(jì),教師為本。要把加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)作為教育事業(yè)發(fā)展最重要的基礎(chǔ)工作來(lái)抓,充分信任、緊密依靠廣大教師,努力造就一支師德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、充滿活力的高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化教師隊(duì)伍。強(qiáng)國(guó)必先強(qiáng)教,強(qiáng)教必先強(qiáng)師! 教師教育的改革和發(fā)展不斷深化,教師教育隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的提高不是一勞永逸的,,而要隨著改革與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。因此,要使教師教育師資的內(nèi)在發(fā)展力得到持續(xù)激發(fā),一種穩(wěn)定的路徑和有效的手段便需要尋找并建立,通過(guò)這樣的路徑,一方面,教師教育教師素質(zhì)的發(fā)展可以獲得持續(xù)促進(jìn),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步提高;另一方面,教師教育教師也可以與不斷變化的教師教育的要求相適應(yīng)。因此,筆者通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)和思考,借鑒和吸收教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)理論,對(duì)云南師范大學(xué)教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)路徑問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。全文由四部分組成: 第一部分:緒論。闡述了論文的研究背景和研究的意義,即研究教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)工作的必要性。并且介紹了文章的研究方法和思路。 第二部分:教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的概述。這一部分主要對(duì)教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)概念、教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容及基本特征進(jìn)行分析。 第三部分:云南師范大學(xué)教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的基本狀況。這一部分通過(guò)查閱資料文獻(xiàn),調(diào)查訪談,分析云南師范大學(xué)教師教育隊(duì)伍基本狀況、教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的路徑狀況,是本文的難點(diǎn)。 第四部分:云南師范大學(xué)教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)成效及存在的問(wèn)題,這一部分通過(guò)查閱梳理文獻(xiàn),問(wèn)卷訪談,分析教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題及原因。 第五部分:云南師范大學(xué)教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)特色路徑的對(duì)策思考,該部分在前四部分的基礎(chǔ)上,提出教師教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的特色路徑,本文研究的落腳點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Without a high level of teachers, there would be no high-quality education. A university without high-quality teachers to educate teachers, there would be no high-quality teacher education. At the National Conference on Education work, General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out, "the major educational plan is teacher-oriented. It is necessary to take strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks as the most important basic work for the development of educational undertakings." Fully trust, rely closely on the vast number of teachers, and strive to create a team of highly qualified and professional teachers with noble ethics, exquisite work, reasonable structure, and full of vitality. " The reform and development of teacher education is deepening, and the improvement of the quality of teacher education team is not permanent, but should keep pace with the times with the reform. Therefore, the inherent development of teachers in teacher education should be continuously stimulated. A stable path and effective means need to be found and established, through which, on the one hand, the development of teacher education teachers' quality can be continuously promoted, thereby achieving steady improvement; on the other hand, Teacher education teachers can also adapt to the changing requirements of teacher education. Therefore, through learning and thinking, the author draws lessons from and absorbs the theory of teacher team building. This paper studies the path of teacher education team construction in Yunnan normal University. The full text consists of four parts:. The first part is introduction. It expounds the research background and significance of the thesis, that is, the necessity of studying the construction of teachers' education team, and introduces the research methods and ideas of the paper. The second part is an overview of the construction of teacher education team. This part mainly analyzes the related concepts of teacher education team construction, the main content and basic characteristics of teacher education team construction. The third part: the basic situation of the construction of teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. This part analyzes the basic status of the teachers' education team and the path of the construction of the teachers' education team by consulting the literature, investigating and interviewing, and analyzing the basic situation of the teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. Is the difficulty of this paper. Part 4th: the achievements and problems of the construction of teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. This part analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of teachers' education team by consulting the literature, questionnaire and interview. Part 5th: the countermeasures of the construction of teachers' education team in Yunnan normal University. Based on the first four parts, this part puts forward the characteristic path of the construction of teachers' education team, and the foothold of this paper.
