大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試研究

【摘要】:誠(chéng)信是思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容,是大學(xué)生品德培養(yǎng)的基點(diǎn)!豆竦赖陆ㄔO(shè)實(shí)施綱要》提出了“明禮誠(chéng)信”基本道德規(guī)范。中共中央十七屆六中全會(huì)指出“樹立和踐行社會(huì)主義榮辱觀,要把誠(chéng)信建設(shè)擺在突出位置”。誠(chéng)信考試是高校學(xué)風(fēng)的風(fēng)向標(biāo)和晴雨表,然而,當(dāng)前部分大學(xué)生和高校部分管理者的誠(chéng)信考試意識(shí)不強(qiáng),部分高校在其誠(chéng)信考試管理方面比較薄弱,對(duì)校內(nèi)課程考試中大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試管理的措施不到位,加劇了大學(xué)生在國(guó)家大型考試中的誠(chéng)信考試危機(jī)。2011年和2012年大學(xué)生參加研究生入學(xué)考試所發(fā)生的作弊和泄題事件,對(duì)社會(huì)危害和影響巨大,更凸顯了高校加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試和誠(chéng)信考試管理的重要性和必要性。 本研究從第一章開始探尋了誠(chéng)信的傳統(tǒng)理論淵源和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),闡述了大學(xué)生考試與誠(chéng)信的關(guān)系,提出了誠(chéng)信考試的概念和誠(chéng)信考試管理的概念,明確了誠(chéng)信考試的主體既包涵大學(xué),也包括教師和教學(xué)管理人員,誠(chéng)信考試管理則包涵思想政治教育和確保大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試的考試管理教育,闡明了大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試與誠(chéng)信考試管理的關(guān)系。第二章主要對(duì)湖南省衡陽和湘潭地區(qū)三所本科院校和一所高職?圃盒5拇髮W(xué)生、老師以及教學(xué)管理人員進(jìn)行了大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試相關(guān)問題的調(diào)查,并對(duì)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試失信的社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校和個(gè)體原因進(jìn)行了分析。第三章對(duì)大學(xué)誠(chéng)信考試管理的特點(diǎn)和作用進(jìn)行論述,指出了大學(xué)誠(chéng)信考試管理的三個(gè)特點(diǎn)和五個(gè)作用,即三個(gè)特點(diǎn):目的性、系統(tǒng)性和可操作性;五個(gè)作用:優(yōu)化考試環(huán)境、促進(jìn)考試制度建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品德、提高考試管理者的素質(zhì)、促進(jìn)社會(huì)誠(chéng)信道德建設(shè)。第四章提出加強(qiáng)和完善大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試的對(duì)策,,從大學(xué)生誠(chéng)考試教育的內(nèi)容和形式上提出創(chuàng)新的辦法,對(duì)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試管理提出了構(gòu)建良好的大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試監(jiān)管環(huán)境、構(gòu)建良好的大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試家庭聯(lián)管環(huán)境、考試立法和嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試法規(guī)、多部門聯(lián)動(dòng)和防控說情與失信逃避以及建立大學(xué)誠(chéng)信考試管理反饋機(jī)制等具體措施和制度。希望本研究能夠?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生誠(chéng)信考試起到一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Honesty is an important part of ideological and political education. It is the basic point of the cultivation of college students' moral character. The outline of the Construction of Citizen's morality puts forward the basic moral standard of "clear Rites and honesty". The sixth Plenary session of the 17 Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee pointed out that "to establish and practice the socialist concept of honor and disgrace," The honesty examination is the wind vane and barometer of the style of study in colleges and universities. However, some college students and some administrators have a weak sense of honesty and credit examination. Some colleges and universities are relatively weak in the management of their honesty examination, and the measures to manage the integrity examination of college students in the course examination are not in place. In 2011 and 2012, the cheating and releasing incidents of college students taking part in the postgraduate entrance examination caused great harm and influence to the society. It also highlights the importance and necessity of strengthening college students' honesty examination and credit examination management. In the first chapter, the author explores the traditional theoretical origin and practical basis of honesty and credit, expounds the relationship between college students' examination and honesty, and puts forward the concept of honesty examination and the concept of credit examination management. It is clear that the main body of honesty examination includes not only university, but also teachers and teaching administrators. The management of honesty examination includes ideological and political education and examination management education to ensure college students' honesty examination. The second chapter mainly focuses on the college students in Hengyang and Xiangtan areas, Hunan Province, three undergraduate colleges and a higher vocational college. Teachers and teaching administrators conducted a survey on the problems related to the integrity test of college students, and investigated the society and family where college students' credit tests were broken. The third chapter discusses the characteristics and functions of the university credit examination management, and points out three characteristics and five functions of the university credit examination management, that is, the purpose, the system and the maneuverability; Five roles: to optimize the examination environment, to promote the construction of examination system, to cultivate the integrity and moral character of college students, to improve the quality of examination administrators, and to promote the construction of social honesty and morality. Chapter 4th puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and perfect the honesty examination of college students. From the content and form of college students' honest examination education, this paper puts forward some innovative methods, and puts forward a good supervision environment for college students' honesty examination management, and a good family management environment for college students' honesty examination. Legislation on examination and strict enforcement of the laws and regulations governing the integrity of college students, It is hoped that this study can promote the integrity examination of college students by taking measures and systems of multi-department linkage, prevention and control, and evasion of information and dishonesty, and establishing feedback mechanism of college credit examination management, and so on, in the hope that this study can promote the integrity examination of college students to a certain extent.
