基于校企合作模式下的農(nóng)科類專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)問題研究

【摘要】:眾所周知,我國的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展相對其它行業(yè)有很大的滯后性,農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村很不發(fā)達(dá)。隨著我國傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變和發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)管理部門及農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)對高級管理人才的需求越來越大,農(nóng)業(yè)高級人才缺乏,嚴(yán)重制約了我國農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。培養(yǎng)大批的農(nóng)業(yè)高級人才以順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的需要是當(dāng)前農(nóng)科類研究生教育面臨的首要任務(wù)之一,而且,我國農(nóng)科類專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育起步較晚,目前對農(nóng)科類專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)的研究尚不夠系統(tǒng)、深入。 本篇論文以校企合作為視角,結(jié)合專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展歷程及其培養(yǎng)特征,分析了校企合作模式在專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)中的必要性及其作用。并從農(nóng)科類專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)的思路及特點(diǎn)入手,通過資料收集和問卷調(diào)查的方法,以A大學(xué)為例,,分別從培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、專業(yè)實(shí)踐、畢業(yè)論文等方面對農(nóng)科類專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)問題進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,提出了相關(guān)建議及對策:加強(qiáng)農(nóng)科類專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)必須通過完善法律法規(guī)以及政府政策的引導(dǎo)、科學(xué)確立培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、改變單一的課程體系、突出實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的培養(yǎng)以及加強(qiáng)雙導(dǎo)師的共同指導(dǎo),進(jìn)一步滿足社會對應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型高層次人才的需求。
[Abstract]:As we all know, China's agricultural development is lagging behind other industries, agriculture and rural areas are very underdeveloped. With the transformation and development of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, The demand for senior management personnel from agricultural management departments and agricultural enterprises is increasing, and there is a lack of senior agricultural personnel. It has seriously restricted the development of agriculture in China. Training a large number of senior agricultural talents to meet the needs of the development of modern agriculture is one of the most important agricultural graduate education facing Ren Wuzhi. The graduate education of agricultural specialty in our country started late, and the research on the cultivation of master's degree of agricultural specialty is not systematic and thorough at present. From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, this thesis combines the development process and training characteristics of graduate students with professional degree and master's degree. This paper analyzes on the necessity and function of the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the cultivation of graduate students of professional degree and master degree, and starts with the train of thought and characteristics of cultivation of graduate students of major degree in agriculture, through the methods of data collection and questionnaire investigation. Taking A University as an example, this paper makes a case study on the cultivation of agricultural graduate students from the aspects of training goal, curriculum setting, professional practice, graduation thesis and so on. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: to strengthen the cultivation of agricultural graduate students, we must establish the training goal scientifically and change the single curriculum system by perfecting the laws and regulations and the guidance of the government policy. The cultivation of practical links and the strengthening of the common guidance of the two tutors are emphasized in order to further meet the needs of the society for high level talents of application type and compound type.
