高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化的發(fā)展,思想政治教育也越來(lái)越被世界各國(guó)高度重視。而高校又是為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)和輸送人才的基地,能否讓大學(xué)生成為國(guó)家的棟梁之才,思想政治教育發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用。在新時(shí)期,思想政治教育面臨著極其復(fù)雜的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境,因此,要更好地發(fā)揮思想政治教育育人的作用,就必須要求其在自身發(fā)展過(guò)程中不斷的完善。 盡管國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制的研究已經(jīng)取得一定的成果,大致可以分為兩類,一類是以思想政治教育動(dòng)力為研究?jī)?nèi)容;另一類是以思想政治教育接受機(jī)制為研究?jī)?nèi)容。但是并沒(méi)有把二者結(jié)合起來(lái)研究,因此探討關(guān)于思想政治教育運(yùn)行過(guò)程研究的尚缺乏系統(tǒng)性。本文旨意在對(duì)高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制研究的過(guò)程中,系統(tǒng)地研究了高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力在接受機(jī)制中的作用,以期待對(duì)進(jìn)一步完善高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制措施,更好的發(fā)揮思想政治教育的作用,達(dá)到思想政治教育的預(yù)期目的有所裨益。 本論文主要從三個(gè)部分對(duì)高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制進(jìn)行了闡述和論證。 第一部分關(guān)于高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制概述。首先界定了高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制的涵義;其次,分別對(duì)思想政治教育動(dòng)力和接受機(jī)制的構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明;最后還分析了高校接受思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀,找出問(wèn)題所在。 第二部分主要闡述了高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力在接受機(jī)制中的作用。即高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力決定接受機(jī)制運(yùn)行的方向并貫穿于接受機(jī)制的始終。 第三部分主要闡述了促進(jìn)高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力與接受機(jī)制完善的舉措。這是本論文的重點(diǎn)。首先,明確高校思想政治教育動(dòng)力觀念,就要做到更新觀念,并且要強(qiáng)化動(dòng)力意識(shí),為思想政治教育接受機(jī)制的運(yùn)行提供適當(dāng)動(dòng)力;其次,要充分認(rèn)識(shí)高校思想政治教育接受機(jī)制運(yùn)行的特點(diǎn),即反復(fù)性、多端性和社會(huì)性;再次,把握高校思想政治教育接受機(jī)制要素間的協(xié)調(diào)性,即主體間的互動(dòng)性和主體、介體與環(huán)體的和諧性;最后,完善動(dòng)力的保障措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育接受機(jī)制良性運(yùn)行,這就要求高校要堅(jiān)持正確的政策導(dǎo)向,建立合理的保障制度,同時(shí)加大經(jīng)費(fèi)、人力、物力的投入。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, ideological and political education has been paid more and more attention to all over the world. Ideological and political education is playing a very important role. In the new era, ideological and political education is faced with extremely complex international and domestic environments. Therefore, it is necessary to better play the role of ideological and political education in educating people. It must be in its own development process of continuous improvement. Although domestic research on the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has made some achievements, it can be roughly divided into two categories, one is the motive force of ideological and political education as the research content; The other is to take the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education as the research content. However, it does not combine the two studies. Therefore, the research on the process of ideological and political education is still lack of systematic.In the process of studying the motive force and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, This paper systematically studies the role of the motive force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the acceptance mechanism, in order to look forward to further perfecting the motive force and acceptance mechanism measures of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to play a better role in ideological and political education. Achieving the expected goal of ideological and political education is beneficial. This paper expounds and demonstrates the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from three parts. The first part is an overview of the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Firstly, it defines the meaning of the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It explains the motive force of ideological and political education and the constituent elements of acceptance mechanism, and finally analyzes the present situation of accepting ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and finds out the problems. The second part mainly expounds the role of the motivation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the acceptance mechanism, that is, the motive force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities determines the direction of the operation of the acceptance mechanism and runs through the whole acceptance mechanism. The third part mainly expounds the measures to improve the motivation and acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This is the focus of this paper. First of all, it is necessary to renew the concept of motivation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. And to strengthen the dynamic consciousness, to provide the appropriate power for the ideological and political education acceptance mechanism operation; secondly, to fully understand the characteristics of the ideological and political education acceptance mechanism in colleges and universities, that is, repetition, multi-ends and sociality; again, To grasp the coordination among the elements of the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, that is, the interaction between the subjects and the harmony between the media and the environment, and finally, to improve the safeguard measures of the motive force, and to realize the benign operation of the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education. This requires colleges and universities to adhere to the correct policy guidance, establish a reasonable security system, and increase funding, human and material input.
