美國(guó)臨床實(shí)踐型職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)模式探究

【摘要】:作為教師教育的重要組成部分,教育實(shí)習(xí)是教師教育堅(jiān)持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際思想,所不可缺少的綜合實(shí)踐性課程,是理論-實(shí)踐相聯(lián)系的紐帶,不僅會(huì)影響到職前教師在職業(yè)生涯中的職業(yè)態(tài)度及職業(yè)技能的形成,而且也在一定程度上影響將來教師的職業(yè)忠誠(chéng)度。另外,教育實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量的高低對(duì)師范教育的發(fā)展有著直接的影響。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)教師專業(yè)化的要求不斷升高,完善教育實(shí)習(xí)的模式,提高教育實(shí)習(xí)的質(zhì)量,引起世界的關(guān)注,同時(shí)他們也對(duì)教育實(shí)習(xí)進(jìn)行著一系列的改革。 目前,理論與實(shí)踐相脫節(jié)是我國(guó)教師教育領(lǐng)域存在的嚴(yán)重問題,以致培養(yǎng)的教師缺乏教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力,應(yīng)能力較差等現(xiàn)象,對(duì)我國(guó)教師質(zhì)量的有效提高產(chǎn)生直接影響。借鑒國(guó)外職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),將有助于對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的教育實(shí)習(xí)進(jìn)行反思,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題與不足,并尋求解決方案,完善我國(guó)教師教育實(shí)習(xí)體系。當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、綜合國(guó)力之最的美國(guó),歷來高度重視其教師教育,并不斷地推行一系列的改革。臨床實(shí)踐型教師教育是美國(guó)教師教育認(rèn)證委員會(huì)藍(lán)帶小組提出的全新的教師教育理念,臨床實(shí)踐型教師教育的教育實(shí)習(xí)模式制定合理的目標(biāo)、詳細(xì)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),形成完善的保障機(jī)制等,探析此實(shí)習(xí)模式,既有助于反思我國(guó)教育實(shí)習(xí)的不足,又能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)制度的進(jìn)一步完善,提供有益的啟示。 本文由六個(gè)部分組成: 導(dǎo)論:主要介紹研究問題的提出,對(duì)“臨床實(shí)踐型”教師教育理念、“教育實(shí)習(xí)”等重要概念進(jìn)行界定,梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并說明論文的研究思路及所采用的研究方法。 第一部分:“臨床實(shí)踐型”教師教育理念的內(nèi)涵,包括培養(yǎng)目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)并保留高效教師;課程設(shè)置:螺旋式課程;資格認(rèn)證:師范生資格認(rèn)證主體多樣化;支持性伙伴關(guān)系:政府、大學(xué)和實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校的合作;信息系統(tǒng):教師教育信息庫; 第二部分:“臨床實(shí)踐型”職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)模式的基本要素,即教育實(shí)習(xí)的目標(biāo):實(shí)習(xí)生實(shí)踐性知識(shí)的生成;教育實(shí)習(xí)的內(nèi)容;教育實(shí)習(xí)的評(píng)價(jià)等; 第三部分:實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)教師資格認(rèn)證、支持性伙伴關(guān)系、教育實(shí)習(xí)地點(diǎn)的認(rèn)證與選擇、教育實(shí)習(xí)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)支持方面介紹“臨床實(shí)踐型”職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)模式的保障機(jī)制; 第四部分:歸納總結(jié)了美國(guó)“臨床實(shí)踐型”職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)模式的特點(diǎn),并對(duì)其價(jià)值取向與發(fā)展因素進(jìn)行全面、深入的分析; 第五部分:結(jié)合美國(guó)臨床實(shí)踐型職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)模式的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),及我國(guó)職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)改革之需,本部分從職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)的教育實(shí)習(xí)目標(biāo)、教育實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容、教育實(shí)習(xí)基地認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、師范生教育實(shí)習(xí)的評(píng)定、實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)教師資格認(rèn)證、支持性伙伴關(guān)系六個(gè)維度為構(gòu)建我國(guó)職前教師教育實(shí)習(xí)模式完善提出幾點(diǎn)切實(shí)可行的建議
[Abstract]:As an important part of teacher education, teaching practice is an indispensable comprehensive practical curriculum for teachers' education to adhere to the theory and practice, which is the link between theory and practice. It will not only affect the pre-service teachers' career attitude and the formation of vocational skills, but also affect the future teachers' professional loyalty to some extent. The quality of educational practice has a direct impact on the development of normal education. With the development of society, the demands of teachers' specialization are constantly rising, the mode of educational practice is improved, the quality of educational practice is improved, and the world pays close attention to it. At the same time, they are also carrying out a series of reforms on educational practice. At present, the disconnection between theory and practice is a serious problem in the field of teacher education in China. It has direct influence on the effective improvement of teachers' quality in our country. Drawing lessons from the experience of foreign pre-service teachers' teaching practice will help us to reflect on the current teaching practice in our country, find out the problems and shortcomings, and seek solutions. The United States, which has the world economic strength and the most comprehensive national strength, has always attached great importance to its teacher education. Clinical practical teacher education is a new concept of teacher education put forward by the Blue Belt Group of American teacher Education Accreditation Committee, and the teaching practice model of clinical practical teacher education has set a reasonable goal. The detailed evaluation standard, the formation of perfect safeguard mechanism and so on, the exploration this practice pattern, not only helps to reflect our country education practice insufficiency, but also can provide the beneficial enlightenment for our country pre-service teacher education practice system further consummation. This paper consists of six parts:. Introduction: mainly introduces the research questions, defines the important concepts of "clinical practice type" teacher education, "educational practice" and so on, and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad. The research ideas and methods used in this paper are also explained. The first part: the connotation of "clinical practice type" teacher education concept, including the training goal: training and retaining efficient teachers, curriculum setting: spiral curriculum, qualification certification: the diversity of the subject of normal school student qualification certification; Supporting partnerships: cooperation between governments, universities and internship schools; information systems: teacher education information base; The second part: the basic elements of "clinical practice" pre-service teachers' educational practice model, that is, the goal of educational practice: the generation of practical knowledge of intern, the content of educational practice, the evaluation of educational practice, etc. The third part: certification of teaching qualification, supporting partnership, certification and selection of educational practice sites, network support of educational practice and the guarantee mechanism of "clinical practice" pre-service teachers' education practice mode. Part 4th: summed up the characteristics of the "clinical practice" pre-service teacher teaching practice model in the United States, and made a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of its value orientation and development factors; Part 5th: combining with the beneficial experience of American clinical practice pre-service teachers' teaching practice mode and the need of our country's pre-service teachers' teaching practice reform, this part starts with the teaching practice goal and content of pre-service teachers' teaching practice. The certification standard of educational practice base, the evaluation of normal school students' education practice, the qualification certification of practice guidance teachers, and the six dimensions of supporting sexual partnership are put forward some practical suggestions for the perfection of pre-service teachers' teaching practice mode in China.
