【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,在教師教育領(lǐng)域相對保守的德國陸續(xù)進行了一些改革,成立新型教師教育組織機構(gòu)即為其中之一。文章首先分析了德國新型教師教育組織機構(gòu)的成立背景。其次,以"草根性"的洪堡大學(xué)教育專業(yè)學(xué)院和"官方性"的柏林自由大學(xué)教師教育中心為例,重點解讀了這兩種不同類型教師教育機構(gòu)的功能、機構(gòu)設(shè)置與人員配置及運作方式等,并依據(jù)這三個維度對兩種機構(gòu)作了比較分析。最后指出,以教育專業(yè)學(xué)院和教師教育中心為代表的新型教師教育組織機構(gòu)的建立是德國近期教師教育改革的一次有益嘗試,但改革成效還有待時日檢驗。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, Germany, which is relatively conservative in the field of teacher education, has carried out some reforms one after another, the establishment of a new type of teacher education organization is one of them. Taking the "grassroots" Humboldt University College of Education and the "official" Berlin Free University teacher Education Center as an example, this paper focuses on the interpretation of the functions, institutional settings, staffing and operation of these two different types of teacher education institutions. Finally, it points out that the establishment of a new type of teacher education organization, which is represented by the education professional college and the teacher education center, is a beneficial attempt of the recent teacher education reform in Germany. But the results are yet to be tested.
