【摘要】：大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃是近年來國家為解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題所采取的重要舉措之一。大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃是教育者借助科學(xué)的測評工具在對學(xué)生本人的主客觀條件進(jìn)行測評、總結(jié)、分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合學(xué)生自己的興趣、愛好和個(gè)性特點(diǎn),幫助學(xué)生確立科學(xué)、合理的求職目標(biāo),并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)制定行動計(jì)劃的有機(jī)、統(tǒng)一活動。其核心和靈魂是通過幫助學(xué)生樹立奮斗目標(biāo),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正視就業(yè)問題,確立正確的就業(yè)觀,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的全面提升和學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。 思想政治教育是社會或社會群體為使其社會成員形成符合社會要求的思想品德,有組織、有計(jì)劃、有目的地運(yùn)用一定的政治觀念、思想觀點(diǎn)和道德規(guī)范對其施加影響的社會實(shí)踐活動。在我國,開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的一個(gè)重要目的在于通過思想政治教育活動,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立科學(xué)的世界觀、人生觀,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和大學(xué)生思想政治教育的核心和靈魂都在于促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。 因此,將大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與思想政治教育相結(jié)合,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中的思想政治教育,既有利于引導(dǎo)學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)就業(yè)觀念,樹立科學(xué)的擇業(yè)、就業(yè)觀,促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的提升和全面發(fā)展,也有利于學(xué)生自身和社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。將思想政治教育作為核心和靈魂引入職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,擺脫原來的純粹以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的指導(dǎo)模式,幫助大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,使得大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃更加全面、深入和有效。 本文從大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與思想政治教育之間的關(guān)系出發(fā),論述了思想政治教育對大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)作用,深入分析了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀,提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育的思考和建議。 全文共分為三部分： 第一部分,首先介紹了西方職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論、我國大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；其次,概括了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與思想政治教育的相關(guān)性,研究了思想政治教育在大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中的指導(dǎo)作用,這是全文的立足點(diǎn)。 第二部分,研究了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀,主要分析了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育取得的成績及存在的主要問題和產(chǎn)生問題的原因。 第三部分,提出加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育的建議。主要包括：正確認(rèn)識大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育的指導(dǎo)作用,不斷提高大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與思想政治教育的互動性；不斷完善大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育內(nèi)容的針對性；加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中思想政治教育隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)；將大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃中的思想政治教育貫穿整個(gè)大學(xué)階段。
[Abstract]:The career planning of college students is one of the important measures taken by the state to solve the employment problem of college students in recent years. The career planning of college students is a tool for educators to evaluate the subjective and objective conditions of students with the aid of scientific evaluation tools. On the basis of summing up and analyzing, combining students' own interests, hobbies and personality characteristics, to help students establish scientific and reasonable job search goals, and guide students to formulate action plans to achieve this goal. The core and soul of the unified activity is to help students set up the goal of struggle, guide them to face up to the problem of employment, establish the correct view of employment, and promote the comprehensive improvement of college students' comprehensive quality and the all-round development of students. Ideological and political education is the social or social group in order to make its members to form the social requirements of ideological and moral character, organized, planned, purposeful use of certain political ideas, In our country, an important purpose of carrying out ideological and political education for college students is to guide college students to establish a scientific world outlook and outlook on life through ideological and political education. The core and soul of college students' career planning and college students' ideological and political education are to promote their all-round development. Therefore, combining college students' career planning with ideological and political education and strengthening the ideological and political education in college students' career planning is not only helpful to guide students to change their traditional concept of employment, but also to set up a scientific view of choosing jobs and employment. To promote the promotion and overall development of students' comprehensive quality is also conducive to the sustainable development of students themselves and society. The ideological and political education as the core and soul is introduced into the career planning to get rid of the original guidance mode which is purely employment-oriented. Help college students to develop in an all-round way and make their career planning more comprehensive, thorough and effective. Starting from the relationship between college students' career planning and ideological and political education, this paper discusses the guiding role of ideological and political education in college students' career planning. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education in college students' career planning, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on strengthening and improving ideological and political education in college students' career planning. The full text is divided into three parts:. In the first part, the author introduces the relevant theories of western career planning, the development course and present situation of college students' career planning in our country, and then summarizes the correlation between career planning and ideological and political education of college students. This paper studies the guiding role of ideological and political education in the career planning of college students, which is the foothold of the thesis. The second part studies the current situation of ideological and political education in college students' career planning, mainly analyzes the achievements of ideological and political education in college students' career planning, the main problems and the causes of the problems. In the third part, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in college students' career planning, including: correctly understanding the guiding role of ideological and political education in college students' career planning. Constantly improve the interaction between college students' career planning and ideological and political education, constantly improve the pertinence of ideological and political education content in college students' career planning, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education team in college students' career planning; The ideological and political education in college students' career planning runs through the whole university stage.
