【摘要】：構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)，已成為建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的重要目標(biāo)，高校更應(yīng)該通過(guò)和諧校園的建設(shè)，為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。構(gòu)建和諧校園，要把維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定的工作放在首位，全面貫徹落實(shí)黨和國(guó)家的各項(xiàng)方針政策，切實(shí)按照建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的要求，進(jìn)一步做好維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定的各項(xiàng)工作。當(dāng)前，國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)發(fā)生了重大變化，高校穩(wěn)定工作面臨著許多新情況、新問(wèn)題，影響高校穩(wěn)定的因素呈現(xiàn)出多樣化、復(fù)雜化與國(guó)際化的趨勢(shì)。因此，從理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)、客觀和微觀相結(jié)合的角度來(lái)研究高校穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題，就顯得十分迫切和必要了。 本文在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的環(huán)境條件下，針對(duì)和諧校園的建設(shè)，通過(guò)研讀黨和國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人有關(guān)和諧社會(huì)、和諧校園和高校穩(wěn)定的思想，對(duì)專家、學(xué)者關(guān)于高校穩(wěn)定的研究成果進(jìn)行梳理，并對(duì)高校穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題開(kāi)展調(diào)查研究，進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，比較全面、系統(tǒng)地闡述了在構(gòu)建和諧校園的前提下高校穩(wěn)定的內(nèi)涵、高校穩(wěn)定的重要性，結(jié)合調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析了影響高校穩(wěn)定的主要因素，并著重提出了在新時(shí)期維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定的對(duì)策，尤其是完善維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定工作的預(yù)警機(jī)制建設(shè)問(wèn)題。本文具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性、系統(tǒng)性、有效性與可操作性，對(duì)于維護(hù)新時(shí)期的高校穩(wěn)定工作必將起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。本文共分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分：和諧校園的界定及高校穩(wěn)定的重要性。這部分主要闡述了和諧校園和高校穩(wěn)定的內(nèi)涵，以及高校穩(wěn)定對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧校園的重要意義。這是本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)，是維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定對(duì)策研究的基石。 第二部分：影響高校穩(wěn)定的主要因素。主要從國(guó)際因素、國(guó)內(nèi)因素、高校內(nèi)部因素及信息化的大背景四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析，，分別指出它們對(duì)維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定工作產(chǎn)生了哪些影響。 第三部分：影響高校穩(wěn)定突出問(wèn)題的分析。通過(guò)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題、高校自殺事件、高校群體性突發(fā)事件和維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定的預(yù)警機(jī)制不夠完善這四個(gè)方面，探析高校穩(wěn)定工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。 第四部分：維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定的對(duì)策。主要針對(duì)上文各個(gè)影響高校穩(wěn)定的因素，從八個(gè)方面探析如何有效的維護(hù)高校穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Building a harmonious socialist society has become an important goal of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Colleges and universities should make due contributions to the construction of a harmonious society through the construction of harmonious campus. We should put the work of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities in the first place, comprehensively implement the various principles and policies of the party and the state, and earnestly comply with the requirements of building a harmonious socialist society. At present, great changes have taken place in the international and domestic situation. The stability of colleges and universities is faced with many new situations, new problems, and the factors that affect the stability of colleges and universities are diversified. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to study the stability of colleges and universities from the angle of the combination of theory and reality, objectivity and microcosmic. This article in the construction harmonious society environment condition, according to the harmonious campus construction, through studies the party and the national leader regarding the harmonious society, the harmonious campus and the university stability thought, to the expert. Scholars on the stability of colleges and universities to sort out the research results, and the stability of colleges and universities to carry out investigation and research, data statistics, more comprehensive, systematic in the construction of a harmonious campus under the premise of the connotation of university stability. The importance of university stability, combined with the survey data analysis of the main factors affecting the stability of colleges and universities, and put forward emphatically in the new period of maintenance of university stability countermeasures. This paper has strong practicability, systematicness, validity and maneuverability. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part: the definition of harmonious campus and the importance of university stability. This part mainly expounds the connotation of harmonious campus and university stability. This is the theoretical basis of this paper and the cornerstone of the research on the countermeasures of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities. The second part: the main factors that affect the stability of colleges and universities, mainly from the international factors, domestic factors, internal factors of colleges and universities and the background of the four aspects of information analysis. It points out their influence on the work of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities. The third part: the analysis of the outstanding problems affecting the stability of colleges and universities. Through the graduate employment problems, college suicide incidents, college mass emergencies and the maintenance of university stability warning mechanism is not perfect in these four aspects. To explore the challenges faced by the stability work in colleges and universities. Part 4th: the countermeasures to maintain the stability of colleges and universities. Aiming at the factors that affect the stability of colleges and universities above, this paper probes into how to effectively maintain the stability of colleges and universities from eight aspects.
