【摘要】：我國(guó)農(nóng)村當(dāng)前正處在建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，伴隨著農(nóng)村各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的改革和建設(shè)的深入，農(nóng)民的思想觀念也出現(xiàn)了新的變化，具體表現(xiàn)為思想上擁護(hù)黨的農(nóng)村路線方針、政治上愛黨愛國(guó)、行動(dòng)上支持改革開放。 農(nóng)村思想政治工作，是新農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的保證，促進(jìn)新農(nóng)村民主法制建設(shè)，為新農(nóng)村精神文明建設(shè)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。據(jù)此，本文緊扣新時(shí)期農(nóng)村農(nóng)民思想政治工作研究這一論題，對(duì)農(nóng)村的實(shí)際進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究，在進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)研究的同時(shí)，采取發(fā)放問卷和走訪座談的形式探討了現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)民的思想政治狀況和農(nóng)村思想政治工作的典型問題。 通過樣本分析，對(duì)農(nóng)民思想狀況和農(nóng)村存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了歸納梳理：思政工作主導(dǎo)村干部的素質(zhì)參差不齊，管理機(jī)制模式僵化，管理內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)單陳舊，管理方法單一死板，管理活動(dòng)重復(fù)單調(diào)；而受教主體村民，，則表現(xiàn)出理想信念時(shí)有波動(dòng)，價(jià)值取向趨向多樣，是非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)有模糊，道德觀念新舊交織，文化素質(zhì)差異較大等。通過對(duì)這些存在問題的具體分析，最終提出農(nóng)村思想政治工作應(yīng)該從教育理念的創(chuàng)新，教育內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)新，教育方法的創(chuàng)新，隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新，教育機(jī)制的創(chuàng)新等方面提升農(nóng)村思想政治工作的水平。
[Abstract]:China's rural areas are currently in the key period of building a new socialist countryside, along with the reform and construction of various rural undertakings, farmers' ideas have also appeared new changes. The concrete manifestation is to support the Party's rural line and policy, to love the party's patriotism politically, and to support the reform and opening up in action. Rural ideological and political work is a strong guarantee for the construction of new rural economy, promote the construction of new rural democracy and legal system, and lay a solid foundation for the construction of spiritual civilization in new rural areas. This article clings to the topic of the study of the rural peasants' ideological and political work in the new period, and carries on the investigation and research to the rural reality, at the same time carries on the literature research. In the form of questionnaires and interviews, this paper probes into the present situation of peasants' ideological and political situation and the typical problems of rural ideological and political work. Through the sample analysis, the main problems of farmers and rural areas are summed up: ideological and political work leading village cadres' quality is uneven, the management mechanism model is rigid, the management content is simple and obsolete. The management method is single rigid, the management activity repeats monotonously; On the other hand, the villagers of the subject of education show that their ideals and beliefs fluctuate from time to time, the orientation of value tends to be diverse, there is ambiguity when they are non-standard, and the new and old moral concepts are intertwined. Through the concrete analysis of these existing problems, the author puts forward that the rural ideological and political work should be from the innovation of educational idea, the innovation of educational content and the innovation of educational method. Improve the level of rural ideological and political work in the aspects of team building innovation and education mechanism innovation.
