【摘要】：在科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷更新發(fā)展和知識經(jīng)濟迅速崛起的時代,國家對高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才的需求也在不斷的擴大。因此,我們必須站在國家戰(zhàn)略的高度,務(wù)必抓好對高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng),切實在人力和智力資源上為實施科教興國戰(zhàn)略和人才強國戰(zhàn)略提供保證。我國的高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)逐漸發(fā)展起來,雖然取得了一定的成績,但仍存在一些懸而未決的問題。 基于我們對我國高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和形式分析的基礎(chǔ)上,著力分析了高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才的概念內(nèi)涵及培養(yǎng)高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才存在的問題和原因,指明了培養(yǎng)高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才存在的困境,明確了高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略地位。同時,在借鑒印度理工學(xué)院和美國麻省理工學(xué)院發(fā)展經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,針對目前我國高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及面臨的問題,在高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)方面,提出相應(yīng)的解決對策。 高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)不僅是實現(xiàn)高校自身發(fā)展和改革的重要保障,同時對推動國家經(jīng)濟、科技和整個社會的進一步發(fā)展具有重要的意義,加大力度對高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng),才能夠為國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、科技創(chuàng)新和社會的和諧持續(xù)進步提供人力上的保證和支撐。高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才是實現(xiàn)國家經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展和提升整體競爭力的重點。因此,我們必須認真對待高層次應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:In the era of continuous development of science and technology and the rapid rise of knowledge economy, the demand for high-level applied innovative talents is also expanding. Therefore, we must stand at the height of national strategy. We must do a good job in the training of high-level application-oriented innovative talents. Effectively in human and intellectual resources for the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country with talent. China's high-level application of innovative talent training has gradually developed, although it has made certain achievements. But there are still some outstanding issues. Based on the analysis of the current situation and form of high-level applied innovative talents in our country. This paper analyzes the concept connotation of high-level applied innovative talents and the problems and causes of cultivating high-level applied innovative talents, and points out the dilemma of cultivating high-level applied innovative talents. At the same time, on the basis of learning from the development experience of Indian Institute of Technology and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States. In view of the current situation and problems faced by the cultivation of high-level applied innovative talents in our country, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the aspect of cultivating high-level applied innovative talents. The cultivation of high-level applied innovative talents is not only an important guarantee to realize the development and reform of colleges and universities, but also of great significance to the further development of national economy, science and technology and the whole society. Only by strengthening the cultivation of high-level applied innovative talents can we contribute to the economic development of our country. Scientific and technological innovation and social harmony and continuous progress provide human security and support. High-level applied innovation talents are the key to realize the rapid development of national economy and enhance the overall competitiveness. We must take seriously the cultivation of high-level applied innovative talents.
