【摘要】：本文以時(shí)間為記敘線索,以史料為來源,以制度分析為理論基礎(chǔ),從我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)在不同時(shí)期的發(fā)展入手,梳理了自中華民國(guó)以來我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的歷史變遷,總結(jié)其歷史演進(jìn)的軌跡與特點(diǎn),分析其存在的問題與取得的成績(jī),提出我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的路徑選擇。 我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的歷史演進(jìn)分為：民國(guó)時(shí)期的制度建設(shè)確立發(fā)展階段,共和國(guó)時(shí)期的借鑒蘇聯(lián)模式的轉(zhuǎn)折階段,文革時(shí)期的制度破壞階段、新時(shí)期的完善和探索提升階段四個(gè)大的階段。中華民國(guó)的創(chuàng)立,是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的初步發(fā)展的起點(diǎn)。這一時(shí)期,我國(guó)大學(xué)教育在國(guó)內(nèi)政局動(dòng)蕩的形勢(shì)下,經(jīng)過民國(guó)初期的高等教育改革、復(fù)古教育運(yùn)動(dòng)的推行、新教育運(yùn)動(dòng)、新文化運(yùn)動(dòng)等,在宏觀的法令框架與微觀的具體辦學(xué)實(shí)踐兩個(gè)層面得到共同推進(jìn),開始步入我國(guó)大學(xué)制度現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展軌道；國(guó)民政府時(shí)期的中國(guó)大學(xué)教育在曲折中,逐步定型。中華人民共和國(guó)建立后,我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)是在借鑒蘇聯(lián)模式基礎(chǔ)上開展的,這一時(shí)期,成為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期。文革時(shí)期我國(guó)大學(xué)制度遭到破壞；20世紀(jì)以來,伴隨著“改革大學(xué)內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu),建設(shè)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度”的試點(diǎn)工程的開展,我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)進(jìn)入完善發(fā)展的時(shí)期�？v觀僅百余年來我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的變遷歷程,可以得到以下結(jié)論： 就制度起源而言,我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度是移植外生加精英設(shè)計(jì)的混合,具有較強(qiáng)的政治導(dǎo)向；就制度變遷的過程而言,不同時(shí)期,各個(gè)利益主體不同,政治力量、學(xué)術(shù)力量、法律力量沖突下,經(jīng)過博弈,實(shí)現(xiàn)制度的變遷；從整個(gè)制度演進(jìn)的歷程而言,迂回曲折；其制度路徑是斷裂與連綿的交織。 我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的變遷歷史啟示今天的具體制度設(shè)計(jì)者：現(xiàn)今的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度打上了我國(guó)歷史的烙印,制度的設(shè)計(jì)完善不能自斷歷史,完全“理性設(shè)計(jì)”,要使制度在歷史上得到延續(xù)。同時(shí)我國(guó)要想真正建立現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度,必須注重互動(dòng)博弈,警惕不斷涌現(xiàn)的“理性設(shè)計(jì)”,使其在連續(xù)性、開放性、本土性中得到容生相長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the historical material as the source and the system analysis as the theoretical basis , this paper analyzes the historical changes of the system construction of China ' s modern university since the Republic of China , summarizes the track and characteristics of its historical evolution , analyzes its problems and achievements , and puts forward the path choice of the construction of modern university system in China . After the founding of the People ' s Republic of China , the construction of China ' s modern university system has been carried out on the basis of reference to the Soviet model . In terms of the origin of the system , the system of modern university in China is mixed with the elite design and has strong political guidance . In the process of system change , the system changes under the conflict of political power , academic power and legal force . The change history of the construction of the modern university system in our country shows today ' s specific system designer : today ' s modern university system plays the brand of our country ' s history , the design and perfection of the system can ' t self - break the history , the complete " rational design " should make the system continue in history . At the same time , we should focus on the interactive game , be alert to the constantly emerging " rational design " , and make it long in continuity , openness and local nature .
