【摘要】：當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是祖國(guó)未來的棟梁之才，，是祖國(guó)未來的建設(shè)者。隨著改革開放和高等教育改革的不斷深入，當(dāng)代大學(xué)生也面臨著更為嚴(yán)峻的社會(huì)環(huán)境和現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)。個(gè)人在發(fā)展道路上，遇到的挫折和挑戰(zhàn)也層出不窮，主要表現(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)、人際交往、就業(yè)、適應(yīng)性和情感等方面。不少大學(xué)生因不能承受挫折而表現(xiàn)出攻擊、固執(zhí)、倒退、焦慮和自殺等消極反應(yīng)，也折射出高校在開展挫折教育的過程中存在著各種問題，因此，對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生開展抗挫折教育，全面提高當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)顯得尤為重要。 文章共分為三個(gè)部分：第一部分是挫折教育的一般理論及高校開展挫折教育的必要性。筆者從挫折的一般理論入手，闡述挫折和挫折教育的含義以及高校開展挫折教育的必要性。第二部分是高校開展挫折教育的現(xiàn)狀。筆者從目前高校開展挫折教育的總體狀況入手，闡述當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在遭遇挫折后的消極反應(yīng)和高校在開展挫折教育過程中存在的問題。第三部分是高校加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生挫折教育的對(duì)策。筆者針對(duì)高校在開展挫折教育過程中存在的問題，提出了五項(xiàng)對(duì)策，分別為引導(dǎo)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生開展抗挫折自我教育，發(fā)揮朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的積極作用，重視心理咨詢室的重要作用，在思想政治理論課中融入挫折教育內(nèi)容，組織開展抗挫折的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students are the future pillars of the motherland, is the future builders of the motherland. With the reform and opening up and the deepening of higher education reform. Contemporary college students are also faced with more severe social environment and realistic challenges. Individuals in the development road, encountered setbacks and challenges also emerge in endlessly, mainly in learning, interpersonal communication, employment. Adaptability and emotion. Many college students show negative reactions such as aggression, stubbornness, retrogression, anxiety and suicide because they can't bear setbacks. It also reflects the existence of various problems in the process of carrying out frustration education in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out anti-setback education for contemporary college students and to improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way. The article is divided into three parts: the first part is the general theory of frustration education and the necessity of developing frustration education. The second part is the status quo of frustration education in colleges and universities. The author starts with the general situation of frustration education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the negative reaction of contemporary college students after meeting setbacks and the problems existing in the process of carrying out frustration education in colleges and universities. The third part is the countermeasures of strengthening frustration education for students in colleges and universities. The author aims at developing frustration education in colleges and universities. Problems in the process. Five countermeasures are put forward to guide contemporary college students to carry out anti-setback self-education, to give play to the positive role of peer psychological counseling, and to attach importance to the important role of psychological counseling room. In the ideological and political theory class incorporate setback education content, organize and carry out the social practice activity of resisting frustration.
