【摘要】：大型貴重精密儀器設(shè)備是高校儀器設(shè)備的重要組成部分,是高等院校實(shí)現(xiàn)科研人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新以及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和必要工具,也是反映高等院�？蒲兴降闹匾獦�(biāo)志之一。作為高等院校重要的戰(zhàn)略性科技資源,大精設(shè)備的使用管理情況在高校培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才、產(chǎn)生高水平科研成果等方面起著舉足輕重的作用。隨著高等教育改革的不斷深入,高等院校大精設(shè)備的投資不斷加大,但目前,高等院校大精設(shè)備的使用管理情況并不理想,普遍存在閑置或利用率低的情況。因此,對(duì)大精設(shè)備的使用效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究,對(duì)高等院校提高設(shè)備管理水平具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)高等院校大精設(shè)備使用效益評(píng)價(jià)基礎(chǔ)理論的介紹,構(gòu)建高等院校大精設(shè)備使用效益的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并選取某高校為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)學(xué)校的大精設(shè)備使用效益進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),以期在高等院校大精設(shè)備使用效益評(píng)價(jià)理論方法和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系方面做出一些探索。文章首先分析課題研究的背景和意義,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀；然后,闡述了有關(guān)高等院校大精設(shè)備使用效益評(píng)價(jià)的基本理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用體系的確定原則,構(gòu)建了高等院校大精設(shè)備使用效益的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并以某211重點(diǎn)高校某校區(qū)的大精設(shè)備使用效益進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)研究。最后,總結(jié)了本文的主要結(jié)論,并對(duì)下一步的研究工作做出了展望。
[Abstract]:Large and valuable precision instruments are an important part of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities. They are the material basis and necessary tools for scientific research personnel training, scientific research, knowledge innovation and technological innovation in colleges and universities. As an important strategic science and technology resource, the use and management of large precision equipment in colleges and universities cultivate innovative talents. With the deepening of the reform of higher education, the investment of large equipment in colleges and universities is increasing, but at present. The use and management of large precision equipment in colleges and universities is not ideal, and there is generally idle or low utilization rate. Therefore, the evaluation and research on the use benefit of large precision equipment are carried out. It is of great practical significance to improve the management level of equipment in colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to set up the evaluation index system of the utilization benefit of the large precision equipment in colleges and universities by introducing the basic theory of the evaluation of the utilization benefit of the large precision equipment in colleges and universities, and to select a university as the research object. The comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of the use of the large fine equipment in the school is carried out. The purpose of this paper is to make some explorations on the theoretical method and evaluation index system of the utilization benefit of large precision equipment in colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research, as well as the current research situation at home and abroad. Then, the paper expounds the basic theory of the evaluation of the utilization benefit of the large precision equipment in colleges and universities. On this basis, using the principle of determining the system, the evaluation index system of the use benefit of the large precision equipment in the colleges and universities is constructed. Finally, the main conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the future research work is prospected.
