【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化、知識經(jīng)濟時代、教育產(chǎn)業(yè)化大背景下，高等教育從昔日的精英教育已成為了今天的大眾教育，一方面，高校面臨著來自國內(nèi)外競爭的雙重壓力，另一方面，，高校還面臨著為地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的服務的需求，兩者都對高校的質(zhì)量、水平、競爭力提出了更高的要求，市場環(huán)境下，越來越具備類似企業(yè)性質(zhì)的高等院校如何在激烈競爭中把握先機，贏取優(yōu)勢，獲得核心競爭力，成為了高校普遍面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文以地方經(jīng)濟建設為切入點，對長株潭高校核心競爭力進行探討。首先介紹了研究背景和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，揭示論文的研究意義。在高校核心競爭力的理論基礎上，論述長株潭高校在地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的重要地位以及地方經(jīng)濟對長株潭高校的推動作用，同時結(jié)合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟理論中的人力資本理論和三螺旋理論進一步探討地方經(jīng)濟與長株潭高校核心競爭力之間的聯(lián)系。其次，遵循評價模型設計的原則，選取人才培養(yǎng)、學科建設、科學研究、服務建設為評價模型指標，建立起長株潭高校核心競爭力評價指標體系，運用層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學法最終確定評價模型，采用定性與定量結(jié)合的方法，對湘潭大學的核心競爭力狀況進行實證研究。最后，從辦學觀念、制度創(chuàng)新、能力建設、產(chǎn)學研等方面培育和提升長株潭高校核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, knowledge economy era and education industrialization, higher education has become the mass education from the former elite education. On the one hand, colleges and universities are facing the double pressure from the competition at home and abroad. On the other hand, colleges and universities are also faced with the need to serve the local economic development. Both of them put forward higher requirements for the quality, level and competitiveness of colleges and universities under the market environment. More and more similar enterprises in colleges and universities in the fierce competition how to grasp the opportunity to win advantages and core competitiveness has become a common challenge facing colleges and universities. Based on the local economic construction, this paper discusses the core competitiveness of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university. Firstly, it introduces the research background and domestic and foreign research status. On the basis of the theory of core competitiveness of colleges and universities, this paper discusses the important position of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university in the development of local economy and the role of local economy in promoting Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university. At the same time, combining the human capital theory and the triple helix theory in the regional economic theory, the paper further discusses the relationship between the local economy and the core competitiveness of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university. Secondly, it follows the principle of evaluation model design. Select talent training, discipline construction, scientific research, service construction as evaluation model indicators, establish the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university. Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method to determine the evaluation model, using qualitative and quantitative methods, the core competitiveness of Xiangtan University is empirically studied. Finally, from the school concept, system innovation. Capacity building, industry, education and research and other aspects to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tan University.
