【摘要】:目前,在我國高校中就讀的大學生其年齡多數(shù)處在18歲至24歲之間,這一時期的大學生最明顯的特征就是生理成熟,而心理趨于成熟。這一特殊時期決定了對大學生道德責任意識的培養(yǎng)是機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,一方面,該時期是對大學生進行道德責任意識培養(yǎng)的最佳和最重要的時期;另一方面,又是大學生最容易出現(xiàn)道德責任行為失范的時期。如何把握這一階段,使大學生肩負起我國特色社會主義建設(shè)的使命,承擔起民族興盛和國家發(fā)展的責任,是普通民眾普遍關(guān)心的話題,更是教育者和研究者持續(xù)關(guān)注和研究的課題。 我國當代大學生道德責任意識的主流是積極的、是向上的,這也使我們對堅定不移地走中國特色社會主義道路和實現(xiàn)全面小康社會的宏偉目標充滿信心。然而,隨著國內(nèi)、國際形勢的深刻變化,經(jīng)濟社會高速發(fā)展以及西方文化的侵入,大學生的道德責任意識方面也出現(xiàn)了一些值得我們關(guān)注的新問題、新變化。如:學習目標不明確、漠視情感和生命等問題的自我道德責任意識淡漠;輕視父母長輩、未婚同居等問題的家庭道德責任意識淡。磺髮W目的功利化、缺乏公德意識等問題的社會道德責任意識淡化,這些大學生道德責任意識缺失問題已經(jīng)漸漸凸顯。 這些新問題引起了社會、高校、家庭等廣泛關(guān)注,它們不僅對于大學生道德責任意識的培養(yǎng)和提高的重要性和迫切性達成了共識,同時認為大學生道德責任意識缺失問題的成因必須放在社會的大環(huán)境中進行考量,進而進行“對癥施治”。個體本身缺乏自律、核心家庭的負面影響、高校對德育教育的忽視、社會不良風氣的消極影響等都會造成大學生道德責任意識缺失,因此,個人、家庭、高校以及社會四方面因素是分析大學生道德責任意識缺失成因的重要考量因素。 條理清晰的原因分析使大學生道德責任意識的培養(yǎng)和提高的對策能夠“有的放矢”。增強大學生道德責任意識應該從個人、家庭、高校和社會四個方面著手。個人方面要做到自問、自律、自覺和自。患彝シ矫嬉辛己玫募彝ヒ(guī)則,強化父母角色意識的正面影響,為孩子創(chuàng)造體驗價值角色的機會,以及“小懲大誡”等;高校方面應進一步強化德育教育的陣地作用,在積極開展社會實踐的同時,擴大施教者的正面影響;同時營造以中國傳統(tǒng)文化和愛國主義為主旋律,以社會主義榮辱觀為判斷標準,以強化網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德和良好的社會風氣為主要內(nèi)容的和諧社會氛圍。 當代大學生是我國社會主義建設(shè)和民族振興的生力軍,他們的道德責任意識是否健康、是否全面直接關(guān)系到我國特色社會主義建設(shè)成功與否、民族興衰與否。培養(yǎng)大學生具有健康和全面的道德責任意識,不僅是培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代合格人才的訴求,更是提高我國全民素質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵和衡量國家道德水平的重要標志。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the college students in our country are between 18 and 24 years of age. The most obvious characteristic of the college students in this period is physical maturity. This special period determines that the cultivation of moral responsibility consciousness of college students is both opportunities and challenges, on the one hand. This period is the best and most important period for the cultivation of moral responsibility consciousness of college students. On the other hand, it is the most prone period for college students to misbehave their moral responsibility. How to grasp this stage so that college students can shoulder the mission of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. To assume the responsibility of national prosperity and national development is a topic of general concern to ordinary people, but also a subject of continuous concern and research by educators and researchers. The mainstream of moral responsibility consciousness of contemporary college students in China is positive and upward. This also makes us full of confidence in unswervingly taking the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and realizing the grand goal of an all-round well-off society. However, with the profound changes in the domestic and international situation. With the rapid development of economy and society and the invasion of western culture, the moral responsibility consciousness of college students has also appeared some new problems, new changes, such as unclear learning goals. The sense of self-moral responsibility is indifferent to the problems of emotion and life. Despise parents' elders, unmarried cohabitation and other issues of family moral responsibility awareness is weak; The social moral responsibility consciousness is desalinated due to the utilitarian purpose and the lack of public morality consciousness. The lack of moral responsibility consciousness of these college students has gradually become more and more prominent. These new issues have aroused widespread concern in society, colleges and universities, families and so on. They have not only reached a consensus on the importance and urgency of cultivating and improving the moral responsibility consciousness of college students. At the same time, the author thinks that the causes of the lack of moral responsibility consciousness of college students must be considered in the social environment, and then "treating the disease", the lack of self-discipline of the individual itself, the negative impact of nuclear family. The neglect of moral education in colleges and universities, the negative influence of bad social atmosphere and so on will lead to the loss of moral responsibility consciousness of college students, therefore, individuals and families. The four factors of university and society are the important factors to analyze the causes of the lack of moral responsibility consciousness of college students. The reason analysis makes the cultivation and improvement of the moral responsibility consciousness of college students "targeted". To enhance the moral responsibility awareness of college students should be from the individual, the family. College and society in four aspects. Individuals should be self-questioning, self-discipline, self-conscious and introspection; In family, we should have good family rules, strengthen the positive influence of parents' role consciousness, create opportunities for children to experience value role, and "small punishment big caution". Colleges and universities should further strengthen the role of moral education in the front, while actively carrying out social practice, expand the positive impact of educators; At the same time, we should build a harmonious social atmosphere with Chinese traditional culture and patriotism as the main melody, the socialist concept of honor and disgrace as the judgment standard, and the strengthening of network morality and good social atmosphere as the main content. Contemporary college students are the new force of socialist construction and national rejuvenation in our country. Whether their sense of moral responsibility is healthy or not is directly related to the success of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. Whether the nation rises or falls or not, it is not only the demand of cultivating modern qualified talents, but also the key to improve the quality of the whole people and the important symbol to measure the moral level of our country.
