【摘要】:建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍是高等教育改革和發(fā)展目標(biāo)的要求,是我國(guó)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的需要,也是輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化發(fā)展的要求。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代教育意義上的輔導(dǎo)員必須具有廣博的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)存、多元的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和不斷更新知識(shí)的創(chuàng)新精神。只有建立一支學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍,才能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展和學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的要求。本文學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的提出不是隨意捏造和臆想的,而是有著深刻的理論根源,學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍這個(gè)概念是由學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)理論、學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論引申而來(lái)的。因此,這兩個(gè)理論是學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ),本文中以學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論、學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的內(nèi)涵及特征進(jìn)行了界定。對(duì)我國(guó)高校學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題以及成因進(jìn)行分析后認(rèn)為,高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍更要建設(shè)成為一支“學(xué)習(xí)型”輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍,不是簡(jiǎn)單的學(xué)習(xí)加輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍,也不是標(biāo)上一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)的標(biāo)簽就成為“學(xué)習(xí)型”。而是將新的理念賦予其中,富有時(shí)代氣質(zhì)與時(shí)代精神。從“學(xué)習(xí)型”理論出發(fā),建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍要轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)習(xí)觀念,營(yíng)造學(xué)習(xí)氣氛,樹(shù)立終身學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)理念;統(tǒng)籌資源,系統(tǒng)思考,改變思考方式;要自覺(jué)改善心智模式,敞開(kāi)胸懷,探索教育規(guī)律,提高工作效率;樹(shù)立團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)觀念,利用集體智慧,形成共同愿景;自覺(jué)進(jìn)行自我超越,完善知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),培養(yǎng)人格魅力。
[Abstract]:The construction of learning instructors of higher education is the goal of reform and development, is the need of China's ideological and political education, and counselors occupation, the requirements of professional development. With the development of society, the sense of modern education instructors must have extensive knowledge storage, knowledge structure and multiple continuous updating of knowledge the spirit of innovation. Only the establishment of a learning instructors and students, to adapt to the development requirements of healthy growth. This learning instructors are not randomly fabricated and imagined, but has a profound theoretical origin, the concept of counselor team learning by learning society theory, learning organization theory and to. Therefore, the two theory is a learning theory of team building of counselors, this paper uses the theory of learning organization, learning society Based on the theory, connotation and characteristics of learning instructors are defined. To analyze the learning team construction of counselors in Colleges and universities in China and the causes of problems that the college counselors should build into a "learning" counselors, not simply learning with counselors is not standard study on a label has become a "learning". It will be a new concept to the rich era of temperament and spirit of the times. From the point of view of "learning" theory, the construction of learning instructors should change the concept of learning, to create a learning atmosphere, establish lifelong learning concept; co-ordination of resources, system thinking, change way of thinking; to consciously improve mental mode, open mind, explore the laws of education, improve work efficiency; set up the team learning concept, the use of the collective wisdom, to form a common vision To self transcend self consciously, improve the structure of knowledge, and cultivate the charm of personality.
