【摘要】：近年來，隨著數(shù)字技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，新媒體己經(jīng)被越來越多的人廣泛關(guān)注和熟練運(yùn)用。新媒體時(shí)代的到來，正在深刻地影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展變革和人們的思想觀念、價(jià)值取向、行為方式等。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為一個(gè)年輕的群體，思想開放，對(duì)一切新鮮事物有著強(qiáng)烈的求知欲和接受能力。因此，在新媒體環(huán)境下，大學(xué)生群體所受影響也是最深刻、最鮮明的。高校學(xué)生管理工作是高等教育的重要組成部分，它是一個(gè)學(xué)校管理水平的重要標(biāo)志，從很大程度上決定了學(xué)校的辦學(xué)水平，影響著學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的高低。新媒體時(shí)代是一個(gè)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的時(shí)代。如何應(yīng)對(duì)新媒體技術(shù)給高校學(xué)生工作帶來的挑戰(zhàn)，成為擺在學(xué)生工作者面前的迫切問題。高校的學(xué)生工作要正確認(rèn)識(shí)并積極應(yīng)對(duì)新媒體，發(fā)揚(yáng)其利，避免其弊，在實(shí)踐中探索出適應(yīng)新媒體環(huán)境下的學(xué)生工作新模式。 本文以新媒體和學(xué)生管理工作為研究對(duì)象，在充分總結(jié)現(xiàn)有理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上，采用問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、文獻(xiàn)分析法進(jìn)行分析研究。緒論部分簡要闡釋了本文的研究背景和意義，介紹了研究思路與研究方法，并對(duì)當(dāng)前的學(xué)界研究作了簡要述評(píng)。 正文分為六個(gè)部分： 首先，本文對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡單的梳理。其次本文根據(jù)學(xué)術(shù)界主流觀點(diǎn)界定了新媒體的內(nèi)涵、特征和學(xué)生工作的概念。再次，本文通過問卷調(diào)查分析了大學(xué)生使用新媒體的現(xiàn)狀，新媒體對(duì)及新媒體對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生活產(chǎn)生的影響。 再次，本文介紹了高校在新媒體環(huán)境下如何進(jìn)行學(xué)生工作的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。 最后，綜合上文調(diào)查結(jié)果和現(xiàn)狀分析，提出在新媒體環(huán)境下加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生工作的思路與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technology, new media has been paid more and more attention and skilled use. It is deeply affecting the development and transformation of economy and society and people's ideology, value orientation, behavior style, etc. As a young group, contemporary college students are open-minded. All new things have a strong desire for knowledge and the ability to accept. Therefore, in the new media environment, the impact on the college students is also the most profound. The most obvious. The university student management work is an important part of higher education, it is an important symbol of the school management level, to a large extent determines the school level. The new media era is an era of both opportunities and challenges. How to cope with the new media technology to college students work challenges. Students in colleges and universities should correctly understand and actively respond to the new media, carry forward its advantages, and avoid its disadvantages. In practice, explore a new mode of student work under the new media environment. This article takes the new media and the student management work as the research object, in the thorough summary existing theory achievement foundation, uses the questionnaire survey method, the interview method. The introduction briefly explains the research background and significance of this paper, introduces the research ideas and methods, and makes a brief review of the current academic research. The text is divided into six parts: First of all, this paper briefly combed the current research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper defines the connotation, characteristics and the concept of student work according to the mainstream view of academia. This paper analyzes the current situation of college students' use of new media and the influence of new media on college students' study and life. Thirdly, this paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of student work in colleges and universities under the new media environment. Finally, based on the above investigation results and current situation analysis, the author puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the college students' work under the new media environment.
