【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,科技發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和綜合國力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)都取決于人才,國與國之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根到底是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),那么人才選拔制度對(duì)國家和社會(huì)將起到舉足輕重的作用。我國目前依然沿襲的是計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下“大一統(tǒng)”式的普通高考制度,與大眾化階段高等教育發(fā)展的需要相比,在許多方面暴露出了它的不足。如何彌補(bǔ)這些不足,使我國的高等教育在激烈的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有一席之地,是高等教育管理者面臨的重要課題。而我們必須要做的第一件事就是實(shí)行“開放式”的招生體制,它是高等教育成果的基礎(chǔ)和前提。 高校招生制度改革一直備受全社會(huì)的關(guān)注!叭A約”組織的“高水平大學(xué)自主選拔學(xué)業(yè)能力測(cè)試”(簡(jiǎn)稱AAA測(cè)試),作為七所知名高校在自主招生考試形式上的新探索,對(duì)學(xué)生的健康發(fā)展、中小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育、高校的健康發(fā)展和我國高校招生制度改革進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)都起到重要的影響作用。由于種種原因,AAA測(cè)試尚存在許多不合理之處,這些不合理抑制了AAA測(cè)試的發(fā)展、阻礙其向更完善的招生制度前進(jìn)的步伐。 本研究的創(chuàng)新性在于研究了高等教育管理領(lǐng)域的新問題、研究過程具有實(shí)證性、數(shù)據(jù)獲得具有可靠性、研究結(jié)論體現(xiàn)獨(dú)立思考性。具體而言,從AAA測(cè)試制度的改進(jìn)對(duì)策研究入手,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、歷史法和實(shí)證研究法,從測(cè)試目標(biāo)、測(cè)試方式、組織形式、試題特點(diǎn)、試題結(jié)果分析五個(gè)方面全面分析我國AAA測(cè)試制度實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀。根據(jù)上述分析結(jié)果,在借鑒國外先進(jìn)的招生考試制度的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循創(chuàng)新型人才選拔的客觀規(guī)律,結(jié)合我國高校自身的實(shí)際情況,從政府、高校、中學(xué)及學(xué)生四個(gè)行為主體出發(fā),對(duì)AAA測(cè)試制度的改進(jìn)提出些許對(duì)策,旨在不斷促進(jìn)AAA測(cè)試制度的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the competition of the development of science and technology and the competition of the comprehensive national strength all depend on the talented person, the competition between countries is the competition of the talented person in the final analysis. So the talent selection system will play an important role in the country and society. At present, our country is still following the "unified" general college entrance examination system under the condition of planned economy. Compared with the needs of the development of higher education in the popular stage, it has exposed its shortcomings in many aspects. How to make up for these deficiencies, so that our higher education has a place in the fierce international competition. The first thing we must do is to carry out the "open" enrollment system, which is the foundation and premise of the achievements of higher education. The reform of college enrollment system has been the focus of the whole society. The "High level College Self-selection and academic ability Test" (AAA Test) organized by the Huayao Treaty. As a new exploration in the form of independent enrollment examination in seven well-known colleges and universities, the healthy development of students, quality education in primary and secondary schools. The healthy development of colleges and universities and the advancement of the reform process of enrollment system in our country all play an important role. Due to various reasons, there are still many unreasonable points in the AAA test. These unreasonable constraints on the development of AAA testing, hindering its progress towards a more perfect enrollment system. The innovation of this study lies in the study of new problems in the field of higher education management. The research process is empirical, the data acquisition is reliable, and the research conclusions reflect independent thinking. From the AAA test system improvement countermeasure research, uses the literature method, the history method and the demonstration research method, from the test goal, the test way, the organization form, the test question characteristic. Analysis of the results of the five aspects of comprehensive analysis of China's AAA test system implementation of the status quo. According to the above analysis results, on the basis of foreign advanced enrollment examination system. Following the objective law of the selection of innovative talents, combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities in China, from the government, universities, middle schools and students of the four main actors, to improve the AAA testing system put forward some countermeasures. The aim is to continuously promote the development and progress of AAA testing system.
