【摘要】:當(dāng)前高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)忽視法制教育,大學(xué)生就業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的法律問題引起社會各界的高度重視,越來越多的畢業(yè)生卷入勞動糾紛中,不僅自身的合法權(quán)益遭到侵害,而且也損害了用人單位的合法權(quán)益。所以,加強(qiáng)就業(yè)法制教育是當(dāng)前及今后一個時期構(gòu)建和諧社會、保證社會穩(wěn)定的客觀要求。 通過文獻(xiàn)研究及對大學(xué)生就業(yè)法制教育的調(diào)研分析,得出大學(xué)生就業(yè)法律知識儲備不足,部分高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)法制教育份量不夠,內(nèi)容上忽視法律指導(dǎo)、課時設(shè)置時間少、教育形式單一、課程效果不理想等。大學(xué)生對勞動者的各項基本權(quán)利和基本義務(wù)知之甚少,對勞動合同的具體制度及糾紛解決途徑也缺少認(rèn)知。通過引用熱點(diǎn)案例,說明大學(xué)生的就業(yè)法律意識淡薄,,法律素養(yǎng)有待提高。 高校應(yīng)完善課程建設(shè)體系,加大就業(yè)法制教育的力度,以人為本,從學(xué)生的實際需要出發(fā),實施全程化就業(yè)法律指導(dǎo),發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主觀能動性,采用多種形式進(jìn)行法制教育,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)法律素養(yǎng);大學(xué)生自身也應(yīng)加強(qiáng)重視,自覺樹立權(quán)利意識、義務(wù)意識、法律救濟(jì)意識和法律責(zé)任意識,實現(xiàn)依法就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:At present, college employment guidance ignores legal education, the legal problems in the employment of college students cause great attention from all walks of life, more and more graduates are involved in labor disputes, not only their own legitimate rights and interests are infringed. Therefore, strengthening the legal education of employment law is the objective requirement of constructing a harmonious society and ensuring social stability at present and in the future. Through the literature research and the investigation and analysis of the employment legal education of college students, it is concluded that the legal knowledge of employment of college students is not enough, the legal education of employment guidance in some universities is not enough, and the legal guidance is ignored in the content. The teaching time is less, the education form is single, the curriculum effect is not ideal and so on. The college students know very little about the basic rights and duties of the laborer. There is also a lack of cognition on the specific system of labor contract and the ways to resolve disputes. By citing hot cases, it shows that college students' legal consciousness of employment is weak, and their legal literacy needs to be improved. Colleges and universities should perfect the system of curriculum construction, strengthen the legal education of employment, be people-oriented, proceed from the actual needs of students, carry out the whole process of employment legal guidance, and give full play to the students' subjective initiative. Adopting various forms of legal education to cultivate the employment legal literacy of college students; The college students themselves should pay more attention to it, set up the consciousness of right, obligation, legal remedy and legal responsibility, and realize the employment according to law.
