【摘要】：本文主要是分析影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素及提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。首先簡(jiǎn)述了近年來(lái)我國(guó)大學(xué)生整體的就業(yè)情況。然后明確了大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的定義,分析了大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的三大組成部分。隨后分析了影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)外部因素,并根據(jù)對(duì)影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素提出增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。 本文將影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素分為外部因素和內(nèi)部因素。并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,如外部因素中社會(huì)、教育、企業(yè)、家庭等方面都對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有-定影響；內(nèi)部因素中大學(xué)生各方面素質(zhì)對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著不同程度的影響。 根據(jù)前文的分析結(jié)果,就影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的各類因素與大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有相關(guān)性做出評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的社會(huì)、企業(yè)、高校、個(gè)人等各個(gè)方面提出了提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the factors that affect the employment competitiveness of college students and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Firstly, it briefly describes the overall employment situation of college students in China in recent years, and then defines the employment competitiveness of college students. Then it analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the employment competitiveness of college students. According to the factors affecting the employment competitiveness of college students, the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students are put forward. This paper divides the factors that affect the employment competitiveness of college students into external factors and internal factors, and draw relevant conclusions, such as external factors, such as society, education, enterprises. Family and other aspects have a definite impact on the employment competitiveness of college students; Among the internal factors, the quality of college students has a different degree of influence on the employment competitiveness of college students. According to the above analysis results, the various factors that affect the employment competitiveness of college students are related to the employment competitiveness of college students to make an evaluation, and to affect the employment competitiveness of college students society, enterprises, colleges and universities. Individual and so on each aspect proposed the enhancement university student employment competitive power countermeasure.
