【摘要】：思想政治教育是在一定的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行的，良好的環(huán)境對(duì)于思想政治教育的開展具有促進(jìn)作用，能夠保證思想政治教育目標(biāo)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。高校思想政治教育環(huán)境是影響思想政治教育開展效果的重要因素之一，新疆高校思想政治教育環(huán)境既有思想政治教育的一般性，又有新疆地區(qū)的特殊性，如經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緩慢、宗教氛圍濃厚、民族文化多樣、地理位置特殊。新疆高校都是民漢合校，學(xué)生的民族成分不同、宗教信仰有差異、“三股勢(shì)力”等敵對(duì)勢(shì)力在新疆的活動(dòng)從來(lái)沒(méi)有放棄，因此，研究新疆高校思想政治教育環(huán)境及其優(yōu)化，不僅是增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的效果，也是加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié)、實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆跨越式發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)邊疆地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的需要。 本文以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)，運(yùn)用思想政治教育學(xué)原理的有關(guān)知識(shí)以及理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法，在參閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，全文共分四部分展開論述：第一部分，在綜合分析闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外思想政治教育環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，在了解掌握了論文所涉及知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合新疆實(shí)際，提出了新疆高校思想政治教育環(huán)境及其優(yōu)化。第二部分，首先對(duì)思想政治教育環(huán)境進(jìn)行了概述，并就環(huán)境對(duì)思想政治教育的影響從環(huán)境與思想政治教育的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系、環(huán)境影響思想政治教育的效果、環(huán)境推動(dòng)思想政治教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。第三部分，立足新疆實(shí)際，分析新疆高校思想政治教育環(huán)境，比如經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緩慢、宗教氛圍濃厚、民族文化多樣、周邊環(huán)境復(fù)雜、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳媒環(huán)境以及面臨的其它環(huán)境,其次分析經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、民族宗教、社會(huì)思潮、高校自身環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳媒以及其他環(huán)境如社區(qū)環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境、同輩群體，對(duì)新疆高校思想政治教育產(chǎn)生的不良影響。第四部分主要是解決如何優(yōu)化新疆高校思想政治教育環(huán)境的問(wèn)題。在這一部分，在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)優(yōu)化新疆高校思想政治教育環(huán)境從理論上進(jìn)行分析，論述了優(yōu)化新疆高校思想政治教育環(huán)境的必要性，，并著重從實(shí)踐層面提出了一些對(duì)策建議：主要有以下幾點(diǎn)： 1.抵御周邊消極影響，構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)環(huán)境。抵御國(guó)際消極影響，實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，需要在提高國(guó)家綜合國(guó)力的同時(shí)，加強(qiáng)與周邊國(guó)家的合作，發(fā)展同周邊國(guó)家尤其是中亞地區(qū)的友好關(guān)系；充分發(fā)揮上海合作組織的作用，加強(qiáng)各成員國(guó)的合作，聯(lián)合打擊“三股勢(shì)力”；建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新文化，加強(qiáng)與周邊國(guó)家文化的交流，增進(jìn)彼此的文化認(rèn)同。 2.以現(xiàn)代文化為引領(lǐng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆的跨越式發(fā)展。充分發(fā)揮黨和政府在優(yōu)化思想政治教育社會(huì)環(huán)境中的主體作用；通過(guò)發(fā)展來(lái)優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境，解決現(xiàn)實(shí)中遇到的一系列問(wèn)題；加強(qiáng)宣傳，樹立正確的輿論導(dǎo)向，積極開展民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育，貫徹落實(shí)黨的民族宗教政策；用現(xiàn)代文化來(lái)引領(lǐng)和武裝人的頭腦，構(gòu)建和諧新疆，實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆的跨越式發(fā)展。 3.優(yōu)化新疆高校自身的思想政治教育環(huán)境。通過(guò)強(qiáng)化思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)；營(yíng)造各民族大學(xué)生和諧相處的校園文化；充分發(fā)揮思想政治理論課的主陣地、主渠道作用，加強(qiáng)黨團(tuán)組織建設(shè)，組建思想政治教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)隊(duì)伍來(lái)優(yōu)化新疆高校自身的思想政治教育環(huán)境。 4.家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)形成教育合力。構(gòu)建家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三位一體的高校思想政治教育環(huán)境體系，使家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)形成教育合力。 5.優(yōu)化新疆高校思想政治教育應(yīng)注意的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題，如內(nèi)地與新疆人口流動(dòng)問(wèn)題以及內(nèi)地高校新疆籍大學(xué)生的教育與管理問(wèn)題等。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education is carried out in a certain environment, a good environment can promote the development of Ideological and political education, to ensure the smooth realization of the goal of the ideological and political education. The ideological and political education environment is one of the important factors affecting the effect of carrying out ideological and political education, ideological and political education environment in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang are the general ideological and political education, and the particularity of Xinjiang area, such as the slow pace of economic development, religious atmosphere, cultural diversity, the special geographical location. Xinjiang university is one school for the Han nationality, composition of students of different religious beliefs, there are differences, the "three forces" and other hostile activities in Xinjiang never give up therefore, study on the ideological and political education in Xinjiang and its optimization, not only enhance the effect of Ideological and political education, is to strengthen national unity, to achieve leapfrog Xinjiang Development, the realization of social stability and development in the border areas, and the need for a harmonious society.
Based on Marx theory as guidance, using the principle of Ideological and political education of relevant knowledge and theory with practical methods, based on a large number of literature, the text is divided into four parts: the first part, based on the comprehensive analysis of the status quo at home and abroad of Ideological and political education environment on the master in the basis of understanding the related knowledge, combined with the actual Xinjiang, Xinjiang put forward the ideological and political education environment and its optimization. The second part, firstly, the ideological and political education environment are summarized, and the influence of environment on the ideological and political education from the inherent logic relationship between the environment and the ideological and political education, the environment influence the effect of Ideological and political education environment. To promote innovation and development of Ideological and political education in three aspects. The third part, based on the reality of Xinjiang, Xinjiang in the ideological and political education ring Exit, such as the slow pace of economic development, religious atmosphere, cultural diversity, complex surrounding environment, network environment and other media environment, followed by the analysis of economic environment, ethnic and religious, social thoughts, in their own environment, network media and other environments such as community environment, family environment, peer groups, adverse effects on Xinjiang university the ideological and political education. The fourth part is mainly to solve the problem of how to optimize the environment of Ideological and political education of colleges and universities in Xinjiang. In this part, on the basis of above analysis, optimization analysis on the environment of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang from the aspects of theory, discusses the necessity of optimizing the environment of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang, and mainly from practice puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:
1. against the negative effects around, building a harmonious social environment. To resist international negative effects, to achieve stable development, the need to improve the country's comprehensive national strength at the same time, strengthen cooperation with neighboring countries, especially the development of friendly relations with neighboring countries of Central Asia; give full play to the role of Shanghai cooperation organization and the member states to strengthen cooperation, jointly the fight against the "three forces"; socialist construction China characteristics of the new culture, with neighboring countries to strengthen cultural exchanges, enhance their cultural identity.
2. with modern culture as a guide, to achieve leapfrog development in Xinjiang. 3. optimization of Xinjiang University's ideological and political education environment. 5., we should pay attention to several problems that should be paid attention to in the ideological and political education in Xinjiang colleges and universities, such as the flow of population in the mainland and Xinjiang, and the education and management of Xinjiang college students in the mainland.
