【摘要】:當(dāng)代大學(xué)生所處的環(huán)境文化多元、思潮涌動(dòng),他們?cè)谖镔|(zhì)和精神文化方面的需求均十分強(qiáng)烈,思維情感豐富,情緒起伏多變,很容易受到外部因素影響,產(chǎn)生不健康的情緒,從而對(duì)心理健康構(gòu)成威脅,影響高校思想政治教育活動(dòng)的實(shí)施效果。2004年中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》(中發(fā)[2004]16號(hào)文件)強(qiáng)調(diào):“加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育既要以理服人,又要以情感人。要堅(jiān)持以人為本,貼近實(shí)際、貼近生活、貼近學(xué)生,努力提高思想政治教育的針對(duì)性、實(shí)效性和吸引力、感染力,培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人!鼻榫w管理作為大學(xué)生對(duì)自身情緒進(jìn)行覺(jué)知、控制與調(diào)節(jié)的手段,與大學(xué)生自身聯(lián)系緊密,它既能從認(rèn)知情緒產(chǎn)生原因上做到以理服人,又能從情緒感染的角度做到以情感人,應(yīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于高校思想政治教育實(shí)踐中,為提高當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的情緒智力水平,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生心理健康,增加思想政治教育的實(shí)效性和感染力提供了可能,對(duì)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章結(jié)合情緒管理的內(nèi)涵與功能,探討了其與思想政治教育結(jié)合的必要性和可行性,然后按照“現(xiàn)狀-原因-對(duì)策”的經(jīng)典結(jié)構(gòu),總結(jié)了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生情緒智力水平的現(xiàn)狀,分析了其產(chǎn)生的原因,然后根據(jù)所得原因提出基于情緒管理的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育新方式。具體說(shuō)來(lái),文章從三個(gè)方面展開了對(duì)論題的討論: 第一章主要介紹了情緒管理相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵并分析了以情緒管理為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行思想政治教育的必要性和可行性。內(nèi)涵介紹包括情緒管理的幾個(gè)相關(guān)概念:情緒、情緒智力以及情緒管理概念本身,對(duì)以情緒管理為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行思想政治教育的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行了多角度的分析,指出了情緒管理在思想政治教育中所起到的作用及其現(xiàn)實(shí)操作性。 第二章主要?dú)w納和總結(jié)了近十年來(lái)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生情緒智力水平的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了原因分析。通過(guò)對(duì)眾多學(xué)者期間在全國(guó)各地做的抽樣調(diào)查的資料進(jìn)行梳理和歸納,總結(jié)出了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在情緒智力上的表現(xiàn)和出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,然后以思想政治教育者的視角,從思想政治教育系統(tǒng)的四要素“主體、客體、介體、環(huán)體”四個(gè)方面針對(duì)這些表現(xiàn)和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。 第三章提出了基于情緒管理的思想政治教育方式,是本文的核心內(nèi)容。該部分依據(jù)上文的分析結(jié)果也有針對(duì)性地從思想政治教育系統(tǒng)的四要素“主體、客體、介體、環(huán)體”四個(gè)方面提出了基于情緒管理的思想政治教育新方式,分別為:以主體為視角,使思想政治教育施教者提高對(duì)情緒管理的重視并將其運(yùn)于自身生活與工作之中;以客體為視角,使思想政治受教育者充分掌握情緒管理的科學(xué)方法;以介體為視角,將情緒教育作為方式和手段,包括開設(shè)情緒教育課程、利用賞識(shí)教育手段、把握情緒教育時(shí)機(jī)等;以環(huán)體為視角,通過(guò)優(yōu)化校園環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境為良好情緒的培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造外部條件。力求從思想政治教育諸要素的角度全方位地提出有效策略。

According to the meaning and function of emotion management, discusses the necessity and feasibility of the combination of Ideological and political education, and then in accordance with the "status quo reason countermeasure" classic structure, summarizes the current situation of contemporary college students' emotional intelligence level, the causes are analyzed. Then based on the reasons, and proposes a new way of Contemporary College Students Political Education Based on emotion management. Specifically, the article discusses on the topic from three aspects:
The first chapter mainly introduces the concept of emotional management and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of emotion management as the basis of Ideological and political education. The connotation includes several related concepts of emotion management: emotion, emotional intelligence and emotional management concept, necessity and feasibility of emotion management as the basis of Ideological and political education the multi angle analysis, pointed out the emotion management in the role of the ideological and political education and its practical operation.
The second chapter mainly summarizes the current situation of contemporary college students' emotional intelligence level of the past ten years, and the reasons are analyzed. Through the sampling survey during the period of many scholars in all parts of the country do the data were sorted and summarized, summed up the performance in the emotional intelligence of college students and the problems, then in the ideological and political education from the perspective of Ideological and political education system of the four elements of subject, object, medium, four aspects of the ring body "analysis of these performance and problems.
The third chapter puts forward the emotional management mode of Ideological and political education based on the core content of this paper. In this part, according to the above analysis results also targeted from the ideological and political education system of the four elements of subject, object, medium, four aspects of the ring body "puts forward a new way of Ideological and political education, emotional management based on respectively: the subject from the perspective of the ideological and political education instructors to improve attention on emotional management and use it in their daily life and work; to the object from the perspective of the ideological and political education to fully grasp the scientific method of emotional management; the mediator from the perspective of the emotional education as a way and means, including offering emotional education, by means of appreciation education, grasp the emotional education opportunity; to ring as the angle of view, through the optimization of campus environment, family environment and social environment for the cultivation of a good mood Create external conditions and strive to put forward effective strategies from the angle of all elements of Ideological and political education.
