【摘要】:“一個(gè)有遠(yuǎn)見的民族,總是把關(guān)注的目光投向青年;一個(gè)有遠(yuǎn)見的政黨,總是把青年看作推動(dòng)歷史發(fā)展和社會(huì)前進(jìn)的重要力量!贝髮W(xué)生是十分寶貴的人才資源,是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)、民族的希望。大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀是社會(huì)核心價(jià)值觀的有機(jī)組成部分,是大學(xué)生這一特定的社會(huì)角色得以存在并同其他社會(huì)群體區(qū)別開來(lái)的“魂”,是大學(xué)生群體精神自覺的產(chǎn)物,是大學(xué)生群體實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部聯(lián)系并凝結(jié)為統(tǒng)一整體的精神紐帶。大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀決定著青年大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀體系的性質(zhì),制約著青年大學(xué)生群體的未來(lái)成長(zhǎng)走向。我們必須從國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的高度看待大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀問(wèn)題,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生形成既符合社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀要求,又體現(xiàn)自身群體文化特征和角色使命的核心價(jià)值觀念。 基于上述認(rèn)識(shí),本文以“大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀”為主要研究對(duì)象,以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),力圖回答兩個(gè)基本問(wèn)題:在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)的時(shí)代背景下,大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵如何解讀,具體內(nèi)容是什么?立足現(xiàn)狀特征和生成機(jī)理,如何增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀培育的實(shí)效性?圍繞上述兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,本文堅(jiān)持理論和實(shí)證相結(jié)合,確立了“厘清內(nèi)涵實(shí)質(zhì)——考察現(xiàn)狀特征——探究生成機(jī)理——提出培育策略”的研究思路。論文得出三個(gè)基本結(jié)論:第一,從本質(zhì)上來(lái)看,大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的重要組成部分和特殊體現(xiàn),是在大學(xué)生群體長(zhǎng)期的價(jià)值生活實(shí)踐中積淀和形成的核心價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀念體系中最穩(wěn)固、最持久、最有統(tǒng)攝性的內(nèi)核和中心。第二,從現(xiàn)狀上來(lái)看,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生對(duì)自身核心價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀、結(jié)構(gòu)及功能的理性認(rèn)識(shí)程度有待提高,對(duì)于核心價(jià)值觀的具體內(nèi)容特別是“成長(zhǎng)”和“責(zé)任”持有較為廣泛的共識(shí),對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的認(rèn)同度高但踐行度低。第三,從培育上來(lái)看,新時(shí)期大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的培育要遵循學(xué)生主體核心價(jià)值觀生成發(fā)展的規(guī)律,進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)換思維方式,改善教育方法,并在隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和政策環(huán)境等環(huán)節(jié)下功夫,保障核心價(jià)值觀教育的有效實(shí)施。按照以上研究思路,本文邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)主要包括六章。 第一章從現(xiàn)實(shí)的需要出發(fā)、從理論的發(fā)展出發(fā)、從時(shí)代的特征出發(fā),探討大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀提出的意義、根據(jù)和具體要求。 第二章主要闡述了大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵。重點(diǎn)廓清大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的相關(guān)概念和基本內(nèi)涵,明晰了大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀基本特征和現(xiàn)實(shí)功能。 第三章重點(diǎn)考察了大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀特征。圍繞著“當(dāng)代大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀自覺度”、“當(dāng)代大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀共識(shí)度”、“當(dāng)代大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的契合度”三個(gè)層面展開,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn),分析大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題及影響因素。 第四章從學(xué)生主體的視角探討核心價(jià)值觀的生成過(guò)程。從學(xué)生主體的價(jià)值生成的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)、心理基礎(chǔ)和信念基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),探討了價(jià)值自覺、價(jià)值共識(shí)、價(jià)值升華三個(gè)大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀生成的關(guān)節(jié)環(huán)節(jié)。 第五章探討大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的培育對(duì)策。重點(diǎn)闡述了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀的培育要改變以往重知識(shí)輕德性、重灌輸輕引導(dǎo)等思維誤區(qū),探索從生活出發(fā)的教育方法途徑,,并在隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和政策環(huán)境等環(huán)節(jié)下功夫,保障核心價(jià)值觀教育的有效實(shí)施。 第六章嘗試凝練當(dāng)代大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀。關(guān)鍵要明晰大學(xué)生核心價(jià)值觀凝練的基本原則,在此基礎(chǔ)上,凝練既符合社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀要求,又體現(xiàn)大學(xué)生群體特點(diǎn)的核心價(jià)值觀。
