【摘要】：高等學(xué)校的教學(xué)和科研水平,不僅取決于高校所具備的師資力量和教學(xué)理念,還取決于高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器設(shè)備的建設(shè)和管理水平。隨著高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器設(shè)備品種、數(shù)量和管理工作量的大量增加,現(xiàn)行的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中的某些弊端充分暴露出來(lái)。XY大學(xué)是一所以工為主、多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的國(guó)家“211工程”重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，隨著國(guó)家對(duì)高等教育的不斷投入，近幾年學(xué)�？焖侔l(fā)展，取得了顯著成績(jī)。但XY大學(xué)仍然存在許多問題需要解決。特別是國(guó)家專項(xiàng)資金的持續(xù)投入，學(xué)校購(gòu)置了大量的儀器設(shè)備，但諸如儀器設(shè)備重復(fù)購(gòu)置、設(shè)備利用率低、無(wú)專人管理、設(shè)備共享機(jī)制不健全等問題依然存在。因此對(duì)XY大學(xué)儀器設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀與改進(jìn)策略的分析研究是十分必要的，有助于XY大學(xué)探索出適合學(xué)校發(fā)展的管理新模式。 本文對(duì)XY大學(xué)的儀器設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀了進(jìn)行了分析。分析認(rèn)為采購(gòu)方式較落實(shí)，儀器設(shè)備利用率低，設(shè)備使用效益水平也偏低。通過(guò)對(duì)XY大學(xué)儀器設(shè)備管理的SWOT分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，XY大學(xué)儀器設(shè)備以及實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)先進(jìn)、科研以及技術(shù)服務(wù)能力較強(qiáng)，但XY大學(xué)設(shè)備管理業(yè)存在劣勢(shì)，分別是信息化平臺(tái)缺失、管理理念需要提升，同時(shí)面臨的外部機(jī)遇是廣泛的同行合作基礎(chǔ)以及信息化進(jìn)程的快速發(fā)展，，面臨的主要威脅是地方普通高校快速發(fā)展以及辦學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)長(zhǎng)期不足。 基于現(xiàn)狀分析以及SWOT分析的結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，XY大學(xué)設(shè)備管理可以發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力建設(shè)，利用環(huán)境機(jī)遇建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理平臺(tái)，同時(shí)應(yīng)努力克服自身劣勢(shì)與應(yīng)對(duì)威脅，建立大型儀器設(shè)備測(cè)試開放基金。并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室文化建設(shè)和加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)聯(lián)系進(jìn)一步保障XY大學(xué)設(shè)備管理工作的有序推進(jìn)，進(jìn)而推動(dòng)學(xué)校的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Higher school teaching and scientific research level, not only have to college teachers and teaching philosophy, but also depends on the construction of laboratory instruments and equipment and equipment management level. With the varieties of university laboratory, a large increase in the number and workload management, some disadvantages of current laboratory management in.XY university is fully exposed so a work based, multidisciplinary and coordinated development of the national key universities of "211 Project", with the continuous investment of higher education, the rapid development in recent years the school has made remarkable achievements. But XY still many problems need to be solved. Especially the continued investment in national special funds, the purchase of a large number of schools instrument and equipment, but the equipment such as repeat purchase, the low utilization rate of equipment, no special management, equipment sharing mechanisms and other issues still exist. Therefore in XY University It is necessary to analyze and study the status of instrument and equipment management and the analysis of the improvement strategy. It is helpful for XY university to explore a new management model suitable for the development of the school.
In this paper, the present situation of equipment management of XY University were analyzed. Analysis shows that the procurement mode is implemented, the low utilization rate of equipment, equipment efficiency level is low. Through SWOT on the equipment management of XY University's analysis found that XY university equipment and advanced experimental platform, scientific research and technical service ability, but XY university equipment management industry disadvantages, are lack of information platform, management ideas should be improved, and the external opportunities is the rapid development of peer cooperation and information process widely, the main threat to the long-term lack of rapid development of local colleges and universities and school funding.
The present situation analysis and results based on the analysis of SWOT, XY university equipment management can play its own advantages and strengthen the laboratory capacity building, the establishment of a network management platform by using environmental opportunities, and should strive to overcome their own weaknesses and threats, set up the test of large equipment open and orderly fund. Through laboratory culture construction and strengthen the system to further protect the XY contact university equipment management work, and promote the rapid development of the school.
