提升廣州市民辦高校教務(wù)管理水平研究
[Abstract]:Private colleges and universities first originated from Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces, where the people are relatively rich, and then expanded rapidly to Guangdong coastal cities, especially Guangzhou. In recent years, with the rapid development of private colleges and universities, the number and enrollment scale of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou continue to expand, the structure of private colleges and universities is becoming more and more reasonable, and the educational characteristics are becoming more and more obvious. Private colleges and universities continue to improve the talent training model, scientific research level and service social level, further enhance the international competitiveness of higher education in China. However, there are still some imperfections and norms in the practice of educational administration in private colleges and universities in Guangzhou. The educational administration management system and educational administration management methods can no longer meet the requirements of cultivating perfect students, and there are still many problems to be further studied and solved in theory and practice. Therefore, improving the level of educational administration has become an urgent practical need of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou. By using the methods of comparative research, investigation and analysis, case analysis and literature analysis, this paper takes improving the level of educational administration management of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou as the research object, analyzes and compares the educational administration management and related theories at home and abroad, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of educational administration management of private colleges and universities in developed countries and regions, starts with the present situation and characteristics of the development of educational administration management of private colleges and universities in Guangzhou. Through the case study and analysis of the educational administration management of Tianhe College of Guangdong normal University of Technology, and combined with the author's existing experience of educational administration management, this paper finds out the main problems existing in the educational administration management of Guangzhou private colleges and universities and their causes, explores the ideas and methods of improving the educational administration management level of Guangzhou private colleges and universities, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improving the educational administration management level, in order to standardize the educational administration management system of Guangzhou private colleges and universities. To promote the level of educational administration and development of private colleges and universities to a new level, to further enhance the brand of private colleges and universities to provide some valuable reference.
