【摘要】：產(chǎn)學(xué)研是一種充分利用學(xué)校、企業(yè)與科研單位等多種不同教學(xué)環(huán)境和教學(xué)資源,以及在人才培養(yǎng)方面的各自?xún)?yōu)勢(shì)的合作教育模式,把以課堂傳授知識(shí)為主的學(xué)校教育與直接獲取實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐能力為主的生產(chǎn)、科研實(shí)踐有機(jī)結(jié)合的教育形式。這從根本上解決學(xué)校教育與社會(huì)需求脫節(jié)的問(wèn)題,縮小學(xué)校和社會(huì)對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)與需求之間的差距,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文從產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的基本理論研究出發(fā),探討了以高校為主體的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式的分類(lèi)和基本特點(diǎn),并對(duì)這一模式進(jìn)行SWOT分析,研究這一模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并以湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,以驗(yàn)證以高校為主體的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,以及存在的問(wèn)題。結(jié)合美國(guó)和日本等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)給我們的啟示,從優(yōu)化發(fā)展環(huán)境、增強(qiáng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力、完善運(yùn)行機(jī)制和改善運(yùn)行績(jī)效等4個(gè)方面,提出了促進(jìn)以高校為主體的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策。 通過(guò)對(duì)以高校為主體的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式進(jìn)行研究,旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)這一模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,以及現(xiàn)階段存在的一些具體問(wèn)題,在研究之上提出一些對(duì)策,希望對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的更深一層發(fā)展提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Industry-university-research is a kind of cooperative education mode, which makes full use of different teaching environment and teaching resources, as well as their respective advantages in talent training, such as schools, enterprises and scientific research units. The school education, which is based on classroom imparting knowledge, is combined with the direct acquisition of practical experience, the production of practical ability and the organic combination of scientific research and practice. This fundamentally solves the problem of disconnection between school education and social demand, narrows the gap between school and society on talent training and demand, and enhances the social competitiveness of students. Based on the basic theoretical research of industry-university-research cooperation, this paper probes into the classification and basic characteristics of the industry-university-research cooperation model with colleges and universities as the main body, and carries on the SWOT analysis to this model, and studies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of this model. Taking Hunan Agricultural University as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis to verify the advantages and disadvantages of the industry-university-research cooperation model with colleges and universities as the main body, as well as the existing problems. Combined with the advanced experience of industry-university-research cooperation model in developed countries such as the United States and Japan, and from four aspects: optimizing the development environment, strengthening the power of development, perfecting the operation mechanism and improving the operation performance, This paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures to promote the development of industry-university-research cooperation mode with colleges and universities as the main body. Through the study of the industry-university-research cooperation model with colleges and universities as the main body, the purpose of this paper is to find out the advantages and disadvantages of this model, as well as some specific problems existing at the present stage, and put forward some countermeasures on the basis of the research. I hope to provide help for the deeper development of industry-university-research cooperation.
