【摘要】：運(yùn)用《個(gè)人傳統(tǒng)性和個(gè)人現(xiàn)代性量表》和《腐敗歸因問卷》,選取261名中國(guó)大學(xué)生為對(duì)象,調(diào)查分析中國(guó)大學(xué)生對(duì)政府官員腐敗歸因的維度、團(tuán)體歸因偏見以及文化取向與腐敗歸因的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國(guó)大學(xué)生對(duì)官員腐敗主要?dú)w因于"反腐法律、制度不健全"、"政商勾結(jié)的國(guó)內(nèi)體制"和"腐敗風(fēng)氣"等外在的、穩(wěn)定的、可控的因素,以及"官員對(duì)家人和周圍親信管教不嚴(yán)"、"反腐只是口號(hào)和手段"、"個(gè)人道德品行低下"等內(nèi)部的、可控的因素;中國(guó)大學(xué)生在官員腐敗歸因中,沒有表現(xiàn)出"團(tuán)體自我服務(wù)偏見";"傳統(tǒng)人"對(duì)中國(guó)官員腐敗原因的認(rèn)知,偏重于難以控制和改變的因素,而"現(xiàn)代人"對(duì)腐敗原因的認(rèn)知,則偏重于穩(wěn)定的、可控的因素。
[Abstract]:By using the scale of personal tradition and modernity and the Corruption Attribution questionnaire, 261 Chinese college students were selected to investigate and analyze the dimensions of Chinese college students' attribution to corruption of government officials. Group attribution prejudice and the relationship between cultural orientation and corruption attribution. The research finds that the corruption of officials by Chinese college students is mainly due to external, stable and controllable factors such as "anti-corruption law, imperfect system", "domestic system of collusion between government and business" and "corrupt atmosphere". And the internal and controllable factors, such as "officials are not strict with family members and close friends around them", "anti-corruption is only a slogan and means", "personal moral conduct is low" and other internal and controllable factors; In the attribution of official corruption, Chinese college students do not show "group self-service bias"; The cognition of "traditional people" to the causes of corruption of Chinese officials focuses on the factors that are difficult to control and change, while the cognition of "modern people" to the causes of corruption focuses on the stable and controllable factors.
