【摘要】：就業(yè)能力是大學(xué)生在就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過(guò)程中取得成功的決定性因素,文章將理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合,定性與定量相結(jié)合,分析畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建學(xué)生就業(yè)能力評(píng)價(jià)模型,得出較為客觀的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,可客觀評(píng)估大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力水平,同時(shí)為高校大學(xué)生有針對(duì)性地提高自身就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力提供指導(dǎo)和參考意見。
[Abstract]:Employability is the decisive factor for the success of college students in the process of employment competition. This paper combines theory with demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis, analyzes the structure of graduates' employability, and constructs the evaluation model of students' employability. The objective evaluation results can objectively evaluate the level of college students' employability, and at the same time provide guidance and reference for college students to improve their ability to compete in employment.
