高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)體系研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新型工程技術人才培養(yǎng)是高等工程教育的本質(zhì)要求和根本使命。高等工程教育教師是實現(xiàn)高等工程教育培養(yǎng)目的最重要的資源,高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)是提高高等工程教育質(zhì)量的最關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。論文界定了高等工程教育、教師培養(yǎng)和校企產(chǎn)學研合作三個概念,以三重螺旋模型理論、教育與生產(chǎn)勞動相結合理論、實用主義教育理論和心理契約理論為基礎,運用文獻研究和比較研究法,研究了德國、美國、加拿大等發(fā)達國家高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)的做法和我國的同濟大學、哈爾濱理工大學和沈陽理工大學等多所不同層次的高校培養(yǎng)高等工程教育教師的途徑,分析了我國高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)中存在的問題及原因,依據(jù)高等工程教育人才培養(yǎng)目的,確立了由多維知識結構、工程實踐能力、創(chuàng)新意識與創(chuàng)新能力、社會責任感、社會適應能力、道德品質(zhì)及身心素質(zhì)等組成的高等工程教育教師的雙重特征規(guī)格。構建了以校企產(chǎn)學研合作為主要培養(yǎng)途徑、由高等工程教育教師遴選、專業(yè)知識培養(yǎng)、教學基本功歷練、工程實踐能力培養(yǎng)等四個方面組成的高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)體系。最后從體制機制運行的層面探索校企產(chǎn)學研合作協(xié)同培養(yǎng)高等工程教育教師的有效途徑。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于,提出了從遴選—培養(yǎng)—實踐—運行的全過程的高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)體系。它是以提高工程人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量為核心,,以高等工程教育教師教學基本功培養(yǎng)和工程實踐能力培養(yǎng)為主線,以校企產(chǎn)學研合作為主要培養(yǎng)途徑,豐富了我國高等工程教育教師培養(yǎng)的理論與實踐。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative engineering talents is the essential requirement and mission of higher engineering education. Higher engineering education teachers are the most important resources to achieve the purpose of higher engineering education, and the training of higher engineering education teachers is the most important link to improve the quality of higher engineering education. This paper defines the three concepts of higher engineering education, teacher training and the cooperation of production, education and research in schools and enterprises. It is based on the theory of triple helix model, the theory of combining education with production, the theory of pragmatism education and the theory of psychological contract. By using the method of literature research and comparative research, this paper studies the practice of training teachers of higher engineering education in developed countries, such as Germany, the United States and Canada, and Tongji University in China. The ways to train teachers of higher engineering education in many different levels of colleges and universities, such as Harbin University of Technology and Shenyang University of Technology, are analyzed, and the problems and causes in the training of teachers of higher engineering education in China are analyzed. According to the purpose of training talents in higher engineering education, the paper establishes the multi-dimensional knowledge structure, engineering practice ability, innovation consciousness and innovation ability, social responsibility, social adaptation ability, etc. The dual characteristics of teachers of higher engineering education composed of moral quality and physical and mental quality. This paper constructs a training system of higher engineering education teachers, which is composed of four aspects: the selection of teachers of higher engineering education, the cultivation of professional knowledge, the experience of teaching basic skills, and the cultivation of engineering practice ability, taking the cooperation of production, learning and research in universities and enterprises as the main training way. Finally, this paper explores the effective ways to train teachers of higher engineering education by cooperation of production, college, research and research from the level of system and mechanism. The innovation of this paper is to put forward a teacher training system of higher engineering education from the whole process of selection-training-practice-operation. It takes improving the quality of engineering talents as the core, taking the training of teaching basic skills and engineering practice ability of teachers in higher engineering education as the main line, and taking the cooperation of production, learning and research in colleges and enterprises as the main training way. It enriches the theory and practice of teacher training in higher engineering education in China.
