高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中的知識管理研究
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, teachers are not only the inheritors of human civilization, but also the disseminators of professional knowledge. As the saying goes, "it takes a good blacksmith to make good steel." In teacher professional development, teaching ability is very important. The teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities directly affects the training quality of professional talents. Based on the research of teachers' professional development, this paper integrates knowledge management ideas and methods into the teachers' professional development, designs and develops the university teachers' knowledge management system, and introduces in detail the design of each function module and data table of the system. The application effect of each function is expounded. Through observing teachers' teaching behavior, combing the ways to improve their ability, collecting, arranging, processing and refining teachers' various kinds of knowledge, the teachers' knowledge base is constructed by using the method of multi-level classification. Provide knowledge service and knowledge management platform for system users, let teachers use knowledge base for autonomous learning. This paper puts forward the mechanism of teachers' knowledge display and tacit knowledge transformation, realizes the mining and sharing of tacit knowledge, and effectively promotes the transformation between explicit and tacit knowledge. In the application process of the system, ordinary users can learn from the system self-service module and obtain the measures and methods to solve the problem. In addition, registered teachers can upload their own knowledge content, form teachers' personal knowledge base and manage it. The functions of knowledge retrieval and knowledge recommendation help teachers acquire the required knowledge more quickly and improve their working efficiency. Users can also use the home navigation classification to learn knowledge, or through the teacher team module to understand the full information of a teacher. The interactive function provides the platform for the communication between the system users and helps the users to use the system better. The administrator logs into the background to manage the system as a whole to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. The establishment of this system provides university teachers with information resources and knowledge services adapted to their ability development, reduces the cost of teacher training, and helps to improve teachers' performance. The application of this system improves the teaching ability of teachers and provides technical guarantee for the construction of university teachers.
