高校輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)于大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)壓力的引導(dǎo)策略研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生問題關(guān)系到我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展、和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建。我們的社會(huì)在不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了各種各樣的新矛盾和新問題。大學(xué)生是社會(huì)發(fā)展的未來和希望,他們的心理是否健康,決定著國(guó)家的發(fā)展和民族的振興。因此,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生理性地面對(duì)各種壓力,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生身心和諧,為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)營(yíng)造良好環(huán)境,成為我們高校教育工作者的任務(wù)。在這一背景下,本文聯(lián)系自己從事高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的實(shí)踐,以教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)為基本原理,對(duì)大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)壓力的能力培養(yǎng)對(duì)策進(jìn)行了研究。 本文從輔導(dǎo)員的角度去分析大學(xué)生心理壓力的狀況,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)查看、問卷數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查與實(shí)例分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)大學(xué)生的壓力源及引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)心理壓力的教育對(duì)策進(jìn)行的研究。文章正文分五部分:第一部分緒論,闡述選題的背景,研究現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。第二部分分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的常見壓力及其應(yīng)對(duì)壓力的現(xiàn)狀。透過對(duì)壓力、壓力應(yīng)對(duì)能力的多角度、多學(xué)科解析,分析大學(xué)生的壓力源頭,引發(fā)壓力的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)等,為研究大學(xué)生壓力研究提供理論依據(jù);第三部分分析了輔導(dǎo)員引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)壓力中的常見問題及誤區(qū)。第四部分探討了大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)壓力的不同方式及效果。第五部分討論了輔導(dǎo)員教育大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)壓力的基本原則、基本策略及實(shí)例分析。
[Abstract]:The problem of college students is related to the sustained and stable development of our economy and the construction of a harmonious society. Our society is developing and making progress. At the same time, all kinds of new contradictions and problems have arisen. College students are the future and hope of social development. Their mental health determines the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation. Therefore, to guide college students to face various pressures rationally, to promote their physical and mental harmony, and to create a good environment for the construction of a harmonious society have become the task of our university educators. Under this background, this paper, based on the theory of pedagogy and psychology, studies the countermeasures of cultivating college students' ability to deal with the pressure by connecting with their own practice of working as counselors in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the psychological stress of college students from the perspective of counselors, using the methods of literature review, questionnaire data survey and case analysis. The research on the stressors of college students and the educational countermeasures to guide them to deal with psychological stress. The text is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction, the background, research status and related literature. The second part analyzes the common pressure of college students and the current situation of coping with the pressure. Through the multi-angle and multi-disciplinary analysis of stress and stress coping ability, this paper analyzes the source of college students' stress and the internal relation of the pressure, which provides the theoretical basis for the study of college students' stress. The third part analyzes the common problems and misunderstandings in guiding college students to deal with stress. The fourth part discusses the different ways and effects of coping with pressure. The fifth part discusses the basic principles, basic strategies and examples of coping with stress in college students' education by counselors.
