【摘要】：大學(xué)生村官工作作為中央立足長遠(yuǎn)作出的一項重大戰(zhàn)略決策，正顯示出積極效應(yīng)。由于大學(xué)生村官其特殊角色身份的影響，他們的自身知識結(jié)構(gòu)尚不全面、任職動機(jī)也有所偏差，有效融入農(nóng)村還存在較多障礙，農(nóng)村環(huán)境艱苦，，由此也造成了強(qiáng)烈的角色偏差和角色沖突。但是，不論地方政府、村民、社會、大學(xué)生村官自身都沒有對如何甄選或者培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)生村官有一個清晰的認(rèn)識�；诖耍疚膶Υ髮W(xué)生村官培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建，并結(jié)合大學(xué)生村官選拔和培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀，提出了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生村官教育培養(yǎng)的對策及建議。這對于幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)觀念、改善農(nóng)村干部隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)、為農(nóng)村發(fā)展提供高素質(zhì)人才、促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會事業(yè)發(fā)展也具有現(xiàn)實意義。 大學(xué)生村官培養(yǎng)工作的推進(jìn)，不僅需要政策層面的引導(dǎo)，也需要法律法規(guī)的建設(shè)及其它制度的同步推進(jìn)，還需要基層、大學(xué)生村官、高校、社會等多方面的努力。隨著“一村一名大學(xué)生村官”工程的深入，構(gòu)建符合社會各界所需要的大學(xué)生村官特定的教育培養(yǎng)機(jī)制，大學(xué)生村官培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位作為其教育培養(yǎng)的一部分，便顯得尤為重要。 本文分析了各個主體對大學(xué)生村官的角色期望和影響大學(xué)生村官發(fā)展的主要因素，進(jìn)行大學(xué)生村官培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位，結(jié)合能本理論，構(gòu)建了大學(xué)生村官培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)體系。以此用于改善他們的工作能力，并借助該培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)體系，為加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生村官培養(yǎng)工作提供了參考。
[Abstract]:As an important strategic decision made by the central government in the long run, the work of university student village officials is showing positive effect. Because of the influence of the university student village official's special role identity, their own knowledge structure is not comprehensive, their serving motivation is also deviated, there are still many obstacles to integrate into the countryside effectively, and the rural environment is difficult. This also caused a strong role deviation and role conflict. However, no matter the local government, the villagers, the society, the university student village officials themselves do not have a clear understanding of how to select or cultivate excellent university student village officials. Based on this, this paper constructs the target system of college students' village official training, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the university student village official education and training. It is also of practical significance to help college students to set up the correct concept of cultivating ability and quality, to improve the structure of rural cadres, to provide high-quality talents for rural development and to promote the development of rural economic and social undertakings. To promote the cultivation of university students' village officials, we need not only the guidance of policy level, but also the construction of laws and regulations and the simultaneous promotion of other systems, as well as the efforts of grassroots, college students, colleges and universities, society and so on. With the deepening of the project of "one village, one university student village official", it is particularly important to construct the special education and training mechanism of the university student village official which meets the needs of the society, and the orientation of the university student village official training goal as a part of its education cultivation is particularly important. This paper analyzes the role expectation of each subject to the university student village official and the main factors that influence the university student village official development, carries on the university student village official training goal localization, unifies the energy this theory, constructs the university student village official training goal system. It can be used to improve their working ability, and with the help of the training target system, it provides a reference for strengthening the cultivation of university students' village officials.
